Rizwan is the name of an angel, who stand at the door of paradise.

Bait means house.

However i remain unsure as to what could Baitai rizwan could mean.

Bait = Bayah, pledging allegiance to a sheikh.

Baitai Rizwan was a specific encounter as Bro Abdul Moiz has kindly stated so
One Ummah. One Love. No Divide.

On 5th Hijri, Hazrat Usman  was set to detention by the Kuffars in Makkah on sending him for the prior information for reciting Hajj by Prophet Muhammad The Kuffars set out the rumor that they had killed Hazrat Usman upon which Prophet Muhammad took an Oath by his 1,400 Companions under the tree of Babool. Prophet Muhammad made his left hand to the Oath as the hand of Hazrat Usman This incident is the most popular in the history of Islam and is termed as "Oath of Rizwan (Bait-e-Rizwan).

BAI'AT-E-UTHMANI

When one desires to take bai'at on the hands of a Murshid who may be in a distant country, one is allowed to contract this oath of allegiance via the means of a letter or via a khalifa (representative) of the Murshid.  This type of bai'at has its origin from the famous incident of Hudaibiyyah: Rasulullah on that occasion made the bai'at of Hadhrat Uthman in his (Uthman's) absence. On this occasion, Rasoolallahplaced his right hand on his own left hand and announced that he has made bai'at of Uthman.  The bai'at in absence of the mureed is therefore termed Bai't-e-Uthmani.  The mureed will be counted among the sincere ones as long as his love and sincerity for his Murshid is firm although he may be far away from him.  [Saba Sanabil Shareef - Hazrat Abdul Wahid Bilgrami
