The Rope of Allah
And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allâh (i.e. this Qur'ân), and be not divided among yourselves, and remember Allâh's Favour on you, for you were enemies one to another but He joined your hearts together, so that, by His Grace, you became brethren (in Islâmic Faith), and you were on the brink of a pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus Allâh makes His Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.,) clear to you, that you may be guided. (3:103)
So Quran can protect us from differing and getting divided into a number of sects like Wahabis, Deobandis, Barelvis, Ahl-al-Hadiths.
I would like my brothers to comment and suggest things which the youth could adopt in order to unite Muslim Ummah.
I would like you to please discuss issues which are dividing us, as we want to resolve them in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
JazaakAllah

3:103How to get UNITED? 'The Rope of Allah'

It is He Who has sent down to you the Book. In it are verses that are entirely clear, they are the foundations of the Book; and others not entirely clear. So as for those in whose hearts there is a deviation (from the truth) they follow (only) that which is not entirely clear thereof, seeking Al-Fitnah, and seeking its Ta'wil, but none knows its Ta'wil except Allah. And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in it; all of it is from our Lord.'' And none receive admonition except men of understanding. (3:07)
The above verse is guiding us to go for the Clear Verses of Quran and not to interpret Unclear Verses in order to differ from other Muslims and seeking Fitnah, the best is to interpret the Unclear Verses from Sahih Sunnah of our Holy Prophet sallAllahu alayhe wasallam.

In Sunni Aqeedahs of Ash'ari and Maturidi
Forming sects is not allowed. Not allowed in Arabic means Haraam, naa jaiz
Definition of "sect" or "being a sect" in ISLAM
A sect in Islam means a group that considers all Muslims outside the group to be non Muslims, or outside the pale of Islam,
It is a direct violation of the Order of Allah sbt in the Qur'an where he has told us not to break ourselves into sects, and also the order of our Habeeb 'alaihissalam in his hadith al Shareef.
We Sunnis therefore regard all shi'a groups (ja'fari, zaydi, Bohri etc) as Muslim brothers and all types of wahabis (the old wahabis, salafis, ikhwanis, deobandis etc) as Muslim brothers because they say the Kalimah shareef....
we are not allowed to call them sects or non Muslim, because this is Haraam
if we do this then we are calling ourselves a sect and there are no sects in Islam, Islam is one and united, there is no such thing as shi'a islam or wahabi islam or sunni islam,
Ahl al Sunnah wal Jama'ah is not a sectarian or a partisan title, it just means followers of Sunnah and the Companions, even these Shi'a and all types of Wahabis Muslims call themselves by this name..
all shi'as and wahabis or salafis must understand this,
all these Muslim groups who call themselves shi'a (ja'fari, zaydi, Bohri etc) and other wahabi type Muslim groups who have their own names (salafis, ikhwanis, jamate islami, deobandi etc) are just DISOBEDIENT MUSLIMS....nothing more and nothing less
they are Muslims just being disobedient, not following the Hukums of Allah and His Rasool 'alaihissalam
we sunnis do not call them sects, because we do not believe in sects, because we do not say they are out of islam
the evidence of this is throughout the books of our Imams and 4 math-habs, THIS IS THE CONCENSUS,
however, all the above shi'a Muslims and most of the wahabi type Muslims regard themselves as sects because they believe other Muslims besides them are out of islam, this is HARAAM, making sects in Islam is Haraam....
their is ample evidence of this throughout their books (for example Khomeini has everything stated clearly in his books)
by saying such things these shi'a and all types of wahabis are doing another act of DISOBEDEINCY..
they can regard us Sunnis to be non Muslims, but we regard them to be Muslims,
this is what a sunni means
Pakistan according to us Sunnis, is one United country of Muslims, with disobedient Muslims who call themselves shi'a, wahabi, deobandi etc
I would advice immediate study of this issue with a qualified sunni scholar trained in all matters of 'aqeedah and fiqh.
However, as for an 'aalim of Islam issuing a fatwaa of Kufr on another Muslim in this Ummah, then if he is qualified for this task, then he has all the right to do it and it is another matter on its own,
the Ijmaa' of the Muslims then decides on this fatwaa and the matter is solved...
this is basic stuff
