What really the significance of Hijrat in Islam.

Hazrat Nabi Akram Sallalahu Alaihe Wasallam has never instructed us to perform Hijrat similar to what todays muslims does going to UK, US, Canada or Aust/New Zealand etc.

We should note and know the following:

1. On what condition Allah allows Hijrat (Migration)
    The Criterias of Hijrat
2. Toward which part of the world Hijrat should be performed
3. Migration as performed today towards western world, can we define as Hijrat?
