Brother Faisal Hussain asked from where he could have FATAWA-E-rAZVIYYA, the modern day incycopedia of Hanafi Fiqh. If you want the Urdu version, you can contact:
MAKTABA-E-QADRIYYAH, JAMIA NIZAMIYYAH RAZVIYYAH
Andaroon Lohari Darwaza, Lahore, Pakistan.
Alternatively, one can have copies of this fatawa from any maktaba in any city of Pakistan. Actually, it is the Maktaba-e-Qadriyya Ulema who are charged with its transformation into the Urdu language, a pains taking and an onerous job they are doing and bringing out volumes one after the other, which are distributed to different maktabas and bookshops in all parts of Pakistan. They also undertake exporting these volumes to different parts of the world.
You can also have these volumes ( either printed in India or Pakistan ) from
26 cOMBAKER STREET, bOMBAY nO. 3,
I learnt that Maktaba-e-Raza, Bareilly, U.P., India, have also printed their Urdu version some years ago and their printed copies are available in all major cities in India.
I am pretty sure that these volumes are also available in different sunni bookshops in London and all major cities of Great Britain.

If you are living in UK, and if you are from Bradford, West Yorkshire or that you are familiar with the city of Bradford, if the book Fatawa-e-Rizvia by Alah Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan of Brelvi is the one you are askng about, then I know a book shop in Bradford which you can approach and purchase these books is the 'THE BOOK CENTRE' on White Abbey Road, Bradford, BD8 (not far from city town centre and its near Rolex Trading Company and behind Kashmir Crown Bakeries) and the prices of these books are quite high and may be around £200 as there are about 20 volumes and each volume costs about £20 or so.
I hope this helps.
