Assalamvalaikum brothers and sisters ,

I wanted to know what that pendant / logo / piece of jewellery is which people use on the imama sharif they wear. You must have seen most naat khwans use it. I want to know what it is , what it's called , where I can get it in India etc etc.

Salaam

Brother are you referring the na'layn sharif?

This was the shape of the blessed sandals of Rasoolallah sallallahu alyhi wasallam. The arabic word for that type of sandal is na'l and na'layn refers to the dual.

Regards,
Adnan

Salaam,

I think the best place to look is in places like Pakistan, morocco, syria, turkey where the na'layn sharif are seen wide. Or if your from the west, there might be some sufi book stores that have some.

Adnan
