it should have been bullets but at least Turkey heard the plight of the muslim brethren. Shame on Zardari and the Shaikh Hasina for being silent beyghairat onlookers whilst ummat e rasool a.s was massacred.

Our numbers are huge but our power is zero. We are the ostrich ummah.

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh khan was harassed by American Security at the airport and the Indian Goverment forced an apology from the US state Department.

American fighter jets kill 24 Pakistani soldiers and till date more than 6 months later we still cant get an apology.

6 Sikhs were murdered in a temple shooting last week and the sikhs of india were on the streets.

Burmese muslims have been killed since june and its now mid august and we see the first reaction of the muslim world. When all it would have taken is for the mid east to blockade oil and bobs ur uncle.

Subhanallah - we still have some good people out there.
Repentance is a strange mount -
it jumps towards heaven in a single moment from the lowest place

Indeed an extraordinary yet awe-inspiring gesture by the Turkish PM [his wife, daughter and the FM .....Allaahu Akbar !]

PS.
Rana Bhai - I know you heart cries bro... but it is common knowledge within political circles that President Zardari, regardless of what one my say about him, was perhaps the first head of state - after the recent uprising in Myanmar, which unfortunately was in itself extremely late - to take 'formal' and 'on the record' action by sending a personal letter [students of politics know that a 'formal' letter from one HoS to another, though they are just 'words', are considered to be - and can at times be extremely - powerful 'actions'] to the President of Myanmar on August 6th. His letter was followed by the courageous announcement of the Turkish PM of sending his delegation, which I personally felt was the most powerful statement [though much more can be done] as of yet and should at least be followed by all. Saudi has followed with a $40 Million pledge a few days later.

May Allaah grace noble leaders upon us. We have made immoral actions our interests and our leaders sadly lack the ability to prove to us that they are sincerely interested in regaining the moral, and honorable respect that we as an Ummah once attained.....and today as people deserve.

'Ya Rasool Allaah we miss you....Alayhis'Salatu'ws'Salam [Naat, 'Intersession']

I think it is 50 not 40 Million by Saudi - Also one can definitely make the argument that how low have we fallen.....that a leader like President Zardari is one of the firsts to 'officially' open his mouth.... Allaahu Akbar. Sad -
