salam everyone my name is raza and my age is 22 actually few years back when i was 13 my both kidneys failed and i had a kidney transplant operation and its been 10 years since my transplant but due to that i have to take medicines for lifetime so that the transplanted organ doesnt get rejected, first i didnt pray but now i do 5 times a day i want to know is dat m i being tested? cox life is toooo hard for me all the dangerous side effects i m facing due to medicines are driving me insane well ive completed my graduation and yeah my social life is also disturbed as i expect too much from people well, i want to say only one thing that is i wanna thank Allah for this beautiful life not everyone gets but seriously i want to know that is this all a test????? but still life is quite hard as i dont know wat will happen in ma future (

Asalam walkykum bro we face tests in everyday and remember Allah says he does not give you a test which your are not capable of passing so you'll be fine inshallah everything comes from Allah so accept what ever we get as its from our lord

Also remember that grief you face in this world might be to cleanse your sins so when we return to Allah we are pure!

What side affects are you experiencing?

I presume you are on Azathioprine, ciclosporin (Neoral perhaps?) and steroids to name but a few...

And yes, life is a test. Everything we do should be acted upon with that in mind, and everything we face should be viewed with that in mind.

yup the same medicines
well the side effects i m facing are shaking hands, increased hair growth on body , confusion ,baldness, knee knock etc

Allot of people on ciclosporin experience the above side affects, especially excess hair and baldness so you are not the only one.

Also, this is interesting. I know a Pharmacist on ciclosporin who has one of the worst side affects of the drug becasue it causes the sebaceous glands of the face to grow too many cells resulting in what is called ciclosporin-induced sebaceous gland hyperplasia.

Here are a few images, but I couldn't find any as bad as the guy I KNOW.
