Salams,
Today is the 18th of July on this day 94 years ago a little baby boy by the name of Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was born in a small village called Mvezo on the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa.
What was to come of this Little Baby Boy is quite remarkable but not to shocking to some as his name suited his personality ‘Rolihlahla’ which can mean ‘a troublemaker’ (LolZ!)
The man who was called a terrorist by then British Prime Minster Mrs Margarat Thatcher in the 1980’s went on to become the First Democratically Elected Black President of South Africa in 1994 at the age of 75.
He has received various International Awards for peace which include (America’s) Presidential Medal Of Freedom, The Bharat Ratna Award from India, The Atuturk Peace Award from Turkey (twice) which he declined to accept once and accepted The Award later on in his life (once the Turkey’s Human Rights were rectified) The Nishan E Pakistan (The Highest Civil Service Award of Pakistan) Mr Mandela has been made an Honoury Canadian Citizen – The only person to to be given such an Award by the Government of Canada. He was also the Nobel Peace Prize Winner in 1993.
If we look in to his life its always been like an uphill struggle he spent over 27 years of his life imprisoned. His crime? His crime was trying to give his people a fair chance in A State practicing apartheid dominated by White People with him trying to highlight a cause which had little or no rights for Black People.
Maybe some of his means to achieve his goals might not have been correct but one thing I would confidently say is I don’t think I will ever see a Man such as him in my lifetime. A social worker who put others first, in his lifetime of struggles he helped amend the bill of apartheid and freed South Africa from modern day slavery.............. Happy Birthday Nelson Mandela!!!
When this guy speaks the world listens……………………………
Some of the quotes quoted by ‘The TroubleMaker’!
A good head and a good heart are always a formidable combination.
After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb.
Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world

Salams,
We can go on and on about this remarkable man, one of the regrets for me personally will be not hearing him speak live! My Brother heard him give a speech live in Trafalgar Square a good few years back (my Brother) said about him he was an electrifying personality, there was a sudden quite ( one could have heard the penny drop) he spoke and people were in awe of him.
Right, since it's his birthday and the whole world is singing for him....... What are we waiting for? 1. 2. 3. - Happy birthday to you ..... Happy birthday to you.... Happy birthday to Nelson Mmmmandellaaaa ..... Happy birthday to you!!!
94 hooray 94 hooooraaay 94 hoooooraaaay!!! (LolZ)
The UN has marked/named 18th of July officially as Mandela day (according to some reports) there are several countries who have thought of making 18 July as a public holiday. Sir Nelson Mandela has always shyed away from such suggestions and instead called for voluntary communities to give 67 minutes of this day (18 of July) to their community - give 67 minutes in doing something for somebody. 67 marks the 67 years it took him and his people to fight the white apartheid regime.

bro he is a modern day hero for the oppressed of the world. How he turned a massive nation divided by race around only a loving father could do.
