Amir Khan Vs Latin Garcia

Just switching laptop on now with my fake, pirate and terribly illegal (but predictable) link to the fight. Khan's been supporting British Troops in the papers now, hope he gets k.o'd.
I feel Khan's just ended up pimping himself out to the dollarism and is selling his voice to ignite popularity and make more money. They become puppets to the system these celebrities. But then again when you're flying the British flag and most of your support is from Britain then you have to be diplomatic. He can't really openly say that the army is doing wrong. He's not Muhammad Ali...he's more of a silly P4ki, now Muhammed Ali, there's a bona-fide ledge.
"We've been brainwashed. Everything good is supposed to be white. We look at Jesus, and we see a white with blond hair and blue eyes. We look at all the angels; we see white with blond hair and blue eyes. Now, I'm sure there's a heaven in the sky an it colored folks die and go to heaven. Where are the colored angels? They must be in the kitchen preparing milk and honey. We look at miss america, we see white. We look at miss world, we see white. We look at miss universe, we see white. Even tarzan, the king of the jungle in black Africa, he's white. White Owl Cigars. White Swan soap, White Cloud tissue paper, White Rain hair rinse, White Tornado floor wax. All the good cowboys ride the white horses and wear white hats. Angel food cake is the white cake, but the devils food cake is chocolate. When are we going to wake up as a people and end the lie that white is better than black?"
- Ali
A.Khan don't even try it lal
Anyway, the waiting continues.

What the bid'ah when does this fight start? This better be worth it, worst case scenario I get KO'd myself before it even starts.

I'm actually torn, I want Khan KO'd because he's a silly bid'ah who supports British Troops and masqeuarades as a role model when he couldn't even actually give his own order at Macdonalds never mind an Ali-esque victor speech; but Garcia's Dad Angel - that's is name (puff) - seems to like repating "I've never met a Pakistani that could fight," alot and fondly as well lol That's just out-of-aader, Khan does seem to have let Angel's insults upset him. He replied: "Well you're gonna see one knock out your son." lol that is peak. Khan will need to control his emotions when the first bell sounds. Silly P4ki.

LooooL the mimicry Garcia's Dad did of Khan's KO against Prescott gave me funnies; that really got under Khan's skin, I wish my dad was more like Angel - minus the name, it would be a total misnomer - love to see him taunting my opponents, on Yanabi.com ragging on Faraz O_o lol

I hope he wins, even though I am his biggest critic. I've boxed most of my life and just don't see his raw ability.
Khan is a technician in the ring - but not a strong brawler
Fight is starting now.. Sky Sports 1 - no illegal link required lol
Khan happens to get lucky with Peterson drugs test so I doubt he is quite ready for this fight. Garcia is a trash talker and worse is his dad. I want to see the look on their faces if they lose.
Most locals don't think of him as a great role model for young Muslims.. recently he had to apologise for a disgusting picture posted on the net. So, there's no point judging him as a good Muslim or a spokesperson for Muslims in Britain.

and its all over
caught with the brawlers left hook and the rubber legs gave in
Garcia might not be an impressive fighter but counter-punchers like him are rare

It's really interesting - Amir Khan enters the ring as a British Sporting Icon and leaves as a silly P4ki. Like when Andy Murray loses he is a Scotsman... when Amir Khan loses he's just a Mirpuri.
I will provide further analysis tomorrow, and look forward to hearing from you all too and get back to you too QM. Will discuss kal, that's tomorrow, not yesterday lol this Khant be happening.
Boy he got battered, that was hard to watch, especially the bit where he was being raped by the suits to make money. Garcia you honourable man, fighting for his family and people, these Latinos are just too hungry and full of heart.
Atleast Khan is going back to Faryal though, Garcia's going home with his...dad

Amir Khan gave us a demonstration of death, one stroke, all gone...I know Tms is a big 'King' Khan fanatic, and considers him a role-model for the youth, spitting on him every now and again so that he doesn't become afflicted with the eye of evil, I wonder what she has to say about this and if she was at ringside on the night with a pen and a pad writing a report? lal
Khan's status updates on his twitter were frequent up untill the second round, before they started juddering abit in a drunker stupor. "i'm ok i'm ok" pleaded Khan with the referee with a look on his face that told a painful story, "don't push your luck son" came the reply from the referee, as he waved a stoppage, Khan consoled by his team as Garcia gave a speech that made grown men cry, he loved everybody from his mom, his peoples to Google, it roused great passion in all, the hunger and commitment shone through and his dad was still busy being a dude, looking abit like Fred Flintstone with that piece of rag he called a top lal
So after his engagement he loses two on the 'Jonathon Trott'. Coincidence? I don't think so. Still tha Champ in her eyes? Pah, don't make me laugh. There's a message in there for lads, I know Tms has already deciphered it, i'll help the slow-coaches out, lads never fall in love, they ruin your career
That's all Far'yal

Apne who comment after a fight, with a completely different opinion to the one they had before the fight, say a lot more about themselves, than they do about the person or team they are rubbishing.
Happened with England, happened with Murray and now with Khan.
What it say's, is that you don't trust your own opinion, but become 'drunk' on media-fuelled hype and the power of social suggestions and then when the cold light of reality hits you and you are sobered up, you make yourself look daft like a turncoat wearing flip-flops. Either ride the storm of delusion now and put on a peppy face repressing your inner idiocy just beneath the surface, or make more balanced judgements in the first place.
I respect people who still support Khan and believe in him, but not those that have suddenly turned on him.
People who have an objective opinion, will judge impratially based on the facts of the...or the tale of the tape to use a boxing cliche; but if you are a subjective fanatic, then what the hell? he's your man isn't he? Why the sudden switch? lol

The delusion is staggering, Team Khan actually believe they should be given a Holy rite of passage past these fighters onto the Big League stage against the great that is Mayweather.
The media relations have been well spun and have devoured the minds of many apne to believe the hocus pocus of the Khan fairytale; the recent engagement shenanigans were Beckham-esque and made me cringe, coupled with his modelling and brand promotions he's become a cash cow for the capitalists around him; emasculating from the spirit and aura of the sport of boxing and derogating from the actual sense of contest for the love of the game and not this fame.
When you distill the hype and strip him of the glitz that surrounds him, how do you think he will be remembered? Because time has a habit of weathering the fluxing opinion of popular culture, replacing it with a more concrete and 'after all is said and done' judgement, I don't think that will be a very proud one, because it is the soul of the memory which transcends time and leaves the imprint on the timeline of life and Khan sold his to the dollarism very early on.

There is no come-back, two losses on the trot, this isn't Britain but Vegas, they won't tolerate this. It's over.

Salams,
Unfortunately, its all over for Khan. He made few (professional) mistakes in the past from which he should have learnt the lessons from (his home management team was not upto it) As a boxer of Pakistani origin he had an uphill task of ((race)) being an issue. As correctly pointed out Murray is/was seen as a scotsman where as Amir is an outsider!
If I was Amir, I would try and get the younger khan (his younger brother) through the ranks. He is apparently a better prospect than Amir himself (Masha'ALLAH). As I've said earlier there were mistakes made at professional level from his home management, getting rid of Frank Warren was not a wise move - hope this does not come back to haunt the Khan Brothers sometime soon!
Very few Brits have conquered The States, the best featherweight ever to come out of Britain, Naseem Hamed failed. Future British ethnic boxers should learn from the mistakes of past potentially good boxers! The weight division Amir was fighting at - the Latinos are exceptionally very talented in that division - they are masters. People should not be offended by what Danny's Father Did say - its all publicity talk - remember Calzaghe v Bernard Hopkins fight?
Wish Amir khan all the best in what ever goes on to do from here, Insha'ALLAH. One can only learn from mistakes and advice others on what too and not too avoid!
I was not his greatest of fans but certain derogatory and racist comments from YouTube users regarding his family/heritage changed my heart towards Amir khan (im still not the greatest of fan of amir khan the person - even tho i dont know him) It still kind of hurts when a Muslim gets defeated. That's probably a common bond we all have in common and we all share! ALLAH Hu ALim.
