-Dry hair
-In need of a pen pal

Any other problems you wish to declare before I begin my reply, you'll be saving me a fair bit of time.

What has being Turkish got to do with your problems? <_<

Stretch marks due to rapid weight loss, rapid muscle gain, pregnancy...?

Forgive me for the bearing bad news but there's NOT much you can do when it comes to stretch marks. They're like cuts but to deeper layers of skin. The typical creams and gels are not likely to have an effect so don't waste you money on that. The only viable solution would be laser, to make less noticeable but that's about it.

There is something you can do!

I had some horrible stretch marks after rapid muscle-gain, I was lifting really heavy 5 times a week and eating a lot too. I had massive, thick purple scars. I used Cocoa butter (with vitamin E) on the marks and it was a big help. It takes time but they do fade gradually, though they might not completely disappear. You can also just try applying vitamin E. If you do weight-train (are losing weight, or pregnant) you can apply cocoa butter to your skin before and you are less likely to have marks.

I highly recommend this product to everyone, it just works, its really good for your skin and it smells of chocolate!

Erm.. I would guess so, but Palmer's (brand name) Cocoa butter (with vitamin E) was made specifically for rough skin, stretch marks, so that should be your first choice I'd say.
