Hmm I'm not too sure about this. This is how things can go all wrong  who knows brother ktl might just turn up on my doorstep in a few months down the line asking for his money back, or he might just approach my family members saying all sorts of stuff ... and thats how I ended up with his 20 quid lol . I dont mean to state that your not a nice guy but who knows what can happen in the next month. What if your not doing as well as you are now financially and then you suddenly remember 'Oh yeah I gave sister malaaikah 20 quid last month lets go and add all these interest charges in the small print that was never spoken of', and there I am crying my eyes out just because I was stupid enough to take your "free" money!!

Thanks for the offer brother ktl I know you mean well but im not going to be stupid about it.

So anyone want to seriously buy a book? I'm not going to ask again :)

Sis, Brother KTL is going out on a limb here, and I applaud how he has put his money where his mouth is. He wouldn't offer if he didn't mean it.

This is the point where I share great passion regards to networking , helping each other to flourish and support each other to be better. We can sit here talk all day until the cows come home but in actual fact have we helped another brother or sister, in real terms? No.

I want to, and am doing more in this aspect and I've met a group of women who have set up a charity foundation and are reaching out to help those who are less well off, who network with agencies, companies, trusts and together they are stronger and helping the weaker! They've inspired me with great intensity and I want to spend my entire time in their company! I love them!! They're inspirational!

Having said that I understand what you mean about your doubts, as you are a Muslimah and you don't want problems. It's your choice.

Reminds me of a joke, basically there was a guy who was drowning and he did dua to Allah to be saved, a man in a boat came along and offered to help, the drowning man declined the help saying he trusts Allah and Allah will save him; moments later a ship came along, they threw him a rope but he refused to take it with the same explanation. He ended up drowning and dying, when he asked the angel of death why God didn't help him, the angel replied "he did, twice, he sent a boat and a ship..."

I know you mean well brother ktl and I appreciate your offer. I have a had a lot of offers a lot more than 20 quid in the past which Ive declined because Im very sensitive when it comes to money and materialistic things. It doesnt mean anything to me but I know some people can be very stingy about it. Theres something wrong with me, I find it hard to accept money unless your paying for something. There you go. But if you gave me money for a job I would do it and accept the money but if you just give me money I wont accept it regardless of the amount.

I dont know why or how or what but yeh I can give money easily but I cant take it, I blame my parents. I know its not really an excuse but I find it hard to change my ways.

If not then its all about the after partyy in shaa ALlah:P

Oh an I just want to say JazakumAllah Kheyr to everyone first and foremost Yanabi.com for allowing me to post this thread and secondly 2 dearest brothers who helped/are helping me in raising money. So thank you :) And yeh brother KTL how can I forget for being extra nice an Im not joking seriously this other friend of yours he offered me a ticket and no transport!! Can you believe that?? He expected me to walk it there. Actually i was just testing him to see how much he would offer not like I was really going to take it lol but MashaALlah he offered a ticket so I dont want to belittle it or anything just wanted to highlight that yeh brother KTL is very generous mashaAllah May Allah give you the goodness of both Abodes. Ameen.
