A Mula came upon a frowning man walking along the road to town. "What's wrong?" he asked. The man held up a tattered bag and moaned, "All that I own in this wide world barely fills this miserable, wretched sack."

"Too bad," said Mula, and with that, he snatched the bag from the man's hands and ran down the road with it.

Having lost everything, the man burst into tears and, more miserable than before, continued walking. Meanwhile, Mula quickly ran around the bend and placed the man's sack in the middle of the road where he would have to come upon it..

When the man saw his bag sitting in the road before him, he laughed with joy, and shouted, "My sack! I thought I'd lost you!"

Watching through the bushes, Mula chuckled. "Well, that's one way to make someone happy!"

The bag is always half empty for us. Its is never full and the belly is never satisfied. and probably it will never for us. As it has come to us in a hadith shareef that:

Narrated by Sahl bin Sa'd (radi allahu anh):
I heard Ibn Az-Zubair (radi allahu anh) who was on the pulpit at Mecca, delivering a sermon, saying, "O men! The Prophet (sallahu 'alehe wassalam) used to say, "If the son of Adam were given a valley full of gold, he would love to have a second one; and if he were given the second one, he would love to have a third, for nothing fills the belly of Adam's son except dust. And Allah forgives he who repents to Him."

We must Thanks Allah subhanhu wa ta'ala for the great bounties he has already given us. We do not appretiate how much we already have, our families, our wealth, our health, our status and respect in the society and many many more which are countless.

Oh Allah forgives us for we transgressed and disobeyed. Make us amongst those who are content with whatever they have and make us amongst those who will be granted paradise.

Repentance is a strange mount -
it jumps towards heaven in a single moment from the lowest place

A good and true message. Alhamdulillah.

Danishmandaan da kaam naaheen dunyaa tey dil laana,
Is wohttee lakh khaawand keetey, jo keta so khaana.

It does not behoove the wise to love this world,
This bride is not loyal to anyone,
She married millions of husbands and devoured each and every one.

Loosing everything
Hazrat Imam Hussain (R.A) was a very kind, gentle, generous, merciful and Allah-fearing personality. He always cared for the poor and oppressed, assisted the helpless, gave comfort to those in pain and sorrow and showed great love and affection towards orphans. He was the embodiment of the character of his grandfather Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (S.A.W) and of his blessed parents.
