Its the failure of self appointed halal authorities to not explain properly the health benefits of halal meat and how it isnt different to kosher meat. It is about winning the hearts of minds - when was the last time someone from the lancashire council of mosques with an education went to the local press or local tv channels to explain how halal meat and shedding the blood was beneficial to humans.

The plethora of "sectarian muslim" channels have rarely discussed this issue in a positive manner. Why dont we have this chap from christian voice and discuss with him politely and show him for the bigot he really is.

Better we wrote to them as well because if clear labels we can easily got more choice to buy from super stores.

Why they not against koshar meat . Yes our channels duty to tell muslims and non muslims why we need hala meat but they only open the channels to get money from peoples to talk about only jadoo /magic taweez or they good making people against each other by telling them who is sunni and who is not sunni.

They need to think about all priorties and the ist priority is to get halal food.
