This may be slightly explicit so please do not be offended. It is advised that we should not use our right hand for cleaning when we have finished urinating, however, I would like to whether I am doing it correctly or not. When I have finished urinating, I use my left hand to squeeze my 'phallus' to get the urine drops out and use the right hand to wipe the drops with a tissue paper, i repeat this two more times - use my left hand to squeeze the droplets of urination and right hand simultaneously to wipe. Is this the correct way to do it? If not, what is the correct way? Also, do I have to use a lota/water to clean up after urinating, if so how?

As far as I know there's nothing wrong with what you have described.

It is good to be explicit (with respect of course) in matters such as Taharah, as it is a reflection of the hadith: la hayaa'a fiddeen (there is no shyness in matters of religion).

See the first two of these insha Allah

I understand that, however, I would like to know whether my cleaning technique is Islamically correct?

They have a Hanafi Fiqh section and also a Shafi'i Fiqh section, alhamdulillah. The site is now a bit outdated and has been revamped, but there is a new website by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani (founder of SunniPath) called Seekers Guidance and they also have an excellent Q&A section, not limited to just Fiqh either. It's definitely one to bookmark!
