how come you eat halal bacon when bacon is haram in islam for eating etc.

Bacon is made by curing, and sometimes smoking, meat from the back of the pig (known as back bacon) or its belly and side (called streaky bacon).

apparrently nowadays yuou can get bacon made from turkey meat but still called bacon.

some mullah once told me that the taste of bacon is similar to that of human flesh which is one of the
reasons it is forbidden to us but i didn't ask him how he knew! i should have. you'd have to have tasted
both to really know...
