Dua For Depression to read for someone else

I think people fall into mundane routines which make them depressive. Making change is pivotal in becoming more full of life and positive. Exercising helps, socialising, taking up a hobby, having goals for the future and trying hard to achieve them -all these will help.
But the person themselves must be ready to do all this, unfortunately you wishing them good will not make them better. If someone is stuck in a bad marriage-then leave, this will certainly help. Hating the job you do or having abusive people around you-can make you feel emotionally exhausted. So basically making changes will help in bringing person out of depression depending on the severity.

Asalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah
First of all, for we human beings, Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah, Allah Ta'ala has bought us into this world as MUSLIMS, born in the only religion that assures paradise for all our good deeds in life and love for Huzoor e Aqdas Salallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam. Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah
http://en.wikipedia....epression_(mood) this states that
"Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person's thoughts, behaviour, feelings and physical well-being.[1] Depressed people may feel sad, anxious, empty, hopeless, helpless, worthless, guilty, irritable, or restless. They may lose interest in activities that once were pleasurable, experience loss of appetite or overeating, or problems concentrating, remembering details or making decisions; and may contemplate or attempt suicide. Insomnia, excessive sleeping, fatigue, loss of energy, or aches, pains or digestive problems that are resistant to treatment may be present."
There seems to be nothing like depression. This term and state has for sure been invented by these westerns yahud n nasaara. they've got medicines too to over come this depression. but in reality there is nothing like a depression for we human beings. yahud n nasaara have come up with this term only to run their shops that make medicines...
for instance, HIJRATH was a great moment and Huzoor e Aqdas Salallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam had to leave Makkah Shareef for Madina Shareef. But had Huzoor e Aqdas Salallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam been into any sort of such state called as depression, then, leading life in Madina Shareef wouldn't have been easy, nor easy to settle there. Similarly the SHUHADA - HAZRAT HAMZAH IBN ABDUL MUTALLIB RAZI ALLAHU TAA'ALA ANHU, HAZRAT JULAYBIB RAZI ALLAHU TAA'ALA ANHU, HAZRATH MUSAAB IBN UMAIR RAZI ALLAHU TAA'ALA ANHU and many more too was not a state of depression for Huzoor e Aqdas Salallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam.
Missing someone is not depression as being taught by the west. Nor old age is any sort of depression, again its being taught by west that its depression. Many of my known friends do visit the doctors in america to get treated for depression. the docs there prescribe costliest medicines and sometimes, even electric shocks to overcome this depression. But there is nothing like depression. Infact, they've termed the sadness in ones life as depression and are minting money
BEST DUA FOR ALL SORROWS IS RECITING DUROOD O SALAAM AT ALL TIMES AND INCREASING IT BY MORE ON FRIDAYS. OFFERING NAMAAZ ON THEIR TIMES REGULARLY WITHOUT FAIL. MOST IMPORTANT BEING ALWAYS ASKING ALLAH TA'ALA FOR FORGIVENESS OF ALL OUR SINS
