I think Usool or Usooli means law, if I am incorrect, please correct me. And what does fiqh mean?

What is the difference between Usool/Usooli and fiqh?
Internet is seriously a very remarkable piece of technology. Kya Cheez, Cut Piece.

Usool = Principle (Rule of conduct or action)
Fiqh = Jurisprudence (Science of Law)
Ishq-e-mustafa jis ke senein mein hai. Jahan be rahe vo Madenein mein hai
