I just come back from work after doing 3 hours of cleaning. My time and energy and sweat when into doing this job and its a job worth well done because I'm going to get paid for it and this is the only job I have got which I do for living and I have no problems with it. I don't do nakhray/snob-ism. Not worth being on the dole. There's another job advertised for 40 hours of cleaning, full time, permanent and close to where I live and I'm still thinking whether I should apply for it. Scraping gums, cleaning tables, cleaning urine/poo, cleaning floors, chairs, toilet seats, clearing cobwebs, sink basins, wiping dust, polishing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins, picking litter, cleaning walls etc - all welcome and not a problem for me. Better to have a job than not have job, better to get paid than have no monies. Man... me legs are tired now as I sit on the settee. Exhausted I am.
Now I come home and after having roti with chicken saalan, I brought my laptop downstairs. My mum tells me that they came across someone who brought their laptop to somebody's house where they saw a clip of a girl turning into a snake. ...I mean... c'mon! So, I went to youtube and typed 'girls turns into snake' and a page loads up with some clips. I have decided not to bother viewing those clips at the moment but I want to know if any of you lot know anything about it and how true or authentic is this news. You know, sometimes I just don't get some people, eeerrrrrghhh! In the past, people were going round and round talking and showing clips of a girl tunring into fish. I don't know if these stories are actually true or if they are false, fake, lie, unntrue, distorted, made up, fictional or non-fictional, etc.
In the mean time, I'm going to browse on the hotmail and catch up with some indian songs on youtube and check other stuff like for another part time jobs on jobcentre website and while I'm doing those things, I will let you get on with this topic and I hope to hear from you very soon. See you on the other channel.

Why would God turn people into animals?
More importantly, Br MSL why would you be concerned or interested in the authenticity of something that is in my view, blasphemous to the good nature of God?

I have seen the video of a so called 'girl turning into fish'. Lols...Common...gimme a break! Thats just a fish laid on its back and the apparent eyes look alike are actually it's gills. And to give an aura of real religious dose, a Surah from the Quran is recited in the background. Jobless people!

I forgot to mention in my post above: When my mum said to me about the girl turning into a snake, they wanted to see it and so asked me to put it on for them on the internet. But still, I was/am thinking like - if it really is so true, then it would've been in the mainstream news (TV, radio) by now and that I actually think its highly likely that it is untrue and something that is made up but some people (saaaday lovg) unfortunately think that these things probably are real/true. That's why I decided to enquire about this issue on the forum to see if you guys know about this.
I asked my mum if they also think it is true and if they also believe in this thing where if a pregnant women cuts up food just before sunset then there is the risk that the baby will face defects/abnormalities and I also asked them if they believe in this thing about a pregnant women going through the risk of having a miscarriage if they meet or come across or be near a women who's had a miscarriage and so the other pregnant women tries all efforts to avoid this other women's shadow/presence to avoid herself facing a miscarriage, and my mum said these things are true. As far as I am concerned, I am not saying they are true and I am not saying they are false either, instead I am silent on this issue. The only time I will know if these things are true or false is after checking up (research) with people with knowledge of deen (ulamas, molvis etc) and they will be able to confirm if these are true, false or superstitious beliefs. It is quite common people believe in these things in our Asian culture/group.
