Tesco you can use your vouchers for double if you got pound 5 value you can use them for pound 10 value till mid june.

The rupee rate to the pound is hovering around 150.

A month or two back I posted a longish post to report the high rate (it was close to 148 then) but comment didn't post so I didn't bother again.

The other day I saw it was at 150. A few years ago, when I sent money, the rate was about 112 (a month earlier it briefly hit ~140 which I missed out on).

I know the difference an increase can make. A lot more rupees for loved ones back home.

Example:

For every £100 you send, a 10 rupee increase in the rate = 1000 more rupees.
