Salams,

Mods, Users @YaNabi - we get in to debates (heated debates) sleep over it and come back (fresh) the next day!!! come on we're better than that - getting in to petty keyboard wars. right now whilst reading this people have left us in this world and gone to another, people are dying of hunger, children are becoming orphans - let go of the ego (its not easy) just chill, everyone. when we joke around its like we know one another for a long time then why let petty differences create a hard heart between us. when we get in to an arguement with friends, family what do we do? walk away, right! do we then not laugh over it and say how stupid we have been? throwing the towel is never easy controlling the ego is never easy. just chill.

right to this i'll break in to a song - (my God, run everyone its gonna thunder!!!!)
Just chill, chill, just chill Soniya dil se mila de Soniya dil se mila de dil Just chill, chill, just chill Just chill, chill, just chill Just chill, chill, just chill Bairiyaan dil se mila de Bairiyaan dil se mila de dil Just chill, chill, just chill Just chill, chill, just chill Just chill, chill, just chill Hum bhi tere aashiq hain Kabhi tu humse bhi aa ke mil Just chill, chill, just chill Just chill, chill, just chill Just chill, chill, just chill Jab shaam dhale (shaam dhale) Armaan jage (armaan jage) Jab shaam dhale, armaan jage Tera hi jadoo chale dilruba Oh tere bina dil na lage Tera hi chehra dikhe har jagah Jaaniya teri ada hai Jaaniya teri ada hai kaatil Just chill, chill, just chill Just chill, chill, just chill Just chill, chill, just chill

right who deleted my song, LolZ :)

It's alright, sometimes debates can be very emotionally exhausting, ask me I've had to deal with my share of attacks!!!

But everything looks better in the mornings ;)

Sister FTR

How were you able to post in the 'Aggression Part 2' thread?

Brother KTL

Your gonna have to tell us what LAL means? Google doesn't say anything.

Anyway. Message to all, 'Sleeping on it' is good advice. Have a nice cup of Typhoo in the morning.

PS: Typhoo half price at Tesco. PG Tips half price at Morrisons. (Typhoo about 8 pence cheaper) [240 bags.]

The issue should remain in the mod only thread. InshaAllah.
It's just a storm in a tea-cup.

Btw is there anyway the mod posts can be placed somewhere else instead of the front page 'latest post's' section? There were too many today and they forced down the other entries. The mod only posts are not much use to the rest of us. Posted Image

LOL...I mean LAL.

Br KTL , let it go, I don't think your posts will be deleted again. I know you are angry as I would be if my posts were deleted; but you've made your point and as a rule no ones posts should be deleted unless there are swear words in it or are clearly to put someone down.

Br PJ Top, not sure how but I just went in and posted.

*deep breaths* woosa not ghoosa LAL

I'm over it, I think it's grossly unfair to steal our time like that. Fekay made great points, but gone.

But that gives me no right to subject TMS to chastisement. I disparaged her in anger, for that I was wrongand I'm truly sorry, I feel remorseful and contrite :/

but mods do have a complex, they're too defiant, behave as though they're infallible sometimes.

I'm making good time here, two hours and I'm awake from the blindness of the red-mist, used to take days LAL

TMS, I'm really sorry, forgive me.

Oh, DS you too. I'm sorry. I know I have a problem with a having a deep sense of justice; it causes problems. Forgive me, threads are not more important than peoples feelings, I lost control of my tongue, for that, I'm sorry.

Tms, I have made a gross error in judgement, truly wronged you with severe maligning. Please forgive me, lest my words are the differentia between the garden or the fire and you have a sleepless night LAL

I have behaved like a complete cad. I'm embarrassed.

How nice, Shahiri to end the day.

All is well that ends well.

I suppose we all learned something today.

Well done brother badman for initiating a peaceful thread.

Just another day with the Yanabi.com family. :)

What I find is that we as South Asian Muslims are lacking in forgiving others. Non Muslims tend to forgive and forget far quicker than us and they commit far worse sins! I think this is a lesson which needs to be learned and implemented in our daily life. When we see a wrong in individuals we will hold it against them for the rest of their life rather than have the courage to let it go and move on. We see our elders as sometimes forgetting why they’re not talking to so and so or why are they arguing with so and so. As youngsters we have adopted this from our elders and haven’t been able to see the wrong in it, I mean yes we laugh at them at times but we don’t realise the fact that we are actually exactly the same! Time is very little, it should be spent wisely not on petty arguments and the sooner we realise that the better.

I hope you guys can be able to sort things out and move on InshaAllah B)

PS. This post isn't directed at anyone in particular I'm just talking in general about something I see on a regular basis.

Very true sis - its not south asian muslims - its all of em - and as bro qalam would say - no wonder where in this state!!!!

God knows what's happened that mine and bro fekay's posts hv disappeared into thin air - safe is to say that our contributions to literary excellence won't be that badly missed! :D Whilst all of this was going on the world was being put to right in other ways - for example kylie minogue's undies sold for 8000 dollars! Northern Rock for slightly a bit more! Skoon mahaul te mithay chawl.

One piece of advice that i can offer to all of u is when things get heated just keep a small pack of bensons next to you - tobacco is an ace relaxant and probably the only legal thing that is!

And as bro Dawat would say - "do you guys have any idea how many sunni's attended the ijtema? :D

Brother

You resisted the temptation to suggest (plug) a Hookah. Posted Image

bro - i only sell them! I've never smoked a hookah - its more of girly thing. i prefer the pakistani one's with pure tobacco!

I sell PS3's - but dont own 1. I sell iphones - but dont own 1. I sell hookahs - but dont own any. i sell desinger makeup - and certainly dont own 1 - though the women in the house are constantly scrounging from my stock looking for freebies! :D
