Next Step provides free and impartial information and advice to help adults in England make appropriate decisions about learning and work opportunities. We aim to help adults get the advice they need for their future skills, careers, work and life choices.



Our service is available in a range of languages, including Urdu . You can speak to one of our bilingual Urdu advisors by calling 0800 093 1118 between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.



Our advisors are ready to help you get the support and guidance you need on learning and working in England.



We can help you to move forward whether you are thinking about a career, want to progress within your current career, or are looking to make a complete change of direction in your working life.



We understand that deciding to embark on a new career or simply changing direction are very big decisions which is why we know how important it is to provide the right help and support.



We also understand how much time and effort it can take to look for and find work. Whether you have recently lost your job, or been unemployed for a while, we can give advice about how to improve your chances of getting back to work as quickly as possible.

Your information is a very good and i appreciate your work. I don't know fluent English but i want to give you some advise. Why do you not open this job providing service in the world for all muslims? I have seen that lots of muslims can't get a job and they are suffering with unemployed. I think India and Pakistan are the biggest countries of unemployed persons. What you think about it?
