salam bro's and sis
i will most probably lose my job. of late i have made mistakes at work which has been picked up. this new manager thinks i am deliberatly doing it and wants me to admit to it. i put my hands up and said yes i made the mistakes so give me more trainign etc. but he is not convinced and thinks the catalgoue of erros are a major breach and gross misconduct and has reported me to HR. i explained about marriage issue, my dad not being well and almost died. my uncles facing death sentences and lately the fasting issue. his response: i did not see any signs such as me shouting at some one or having a bad day. im not the sort of person to do that i just do my work and keep my personal stuff to my self. he is very good at talking and will make thins up but on the other hand im weak at talking and not very talker.
i dont want to lsoe my job as i worked hard and had no problems before. its juts this manager.
can some one advise the best way to go about this specially me not being good at talking cos i can never win with him. or shall i see it as im sacked and let them to what they have to do.
please pray for me as its hard finding another job and it will make things harder for me.

"The mosques are our barracks, the minarets our bayonets, the domes our helmets, and the believers our soldiers"
