Episode 29-Season Four

Filmed 19 November 2011

Duration-45 Minutes

Omar Abdulla: Welcome to The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW filmed today at the Kiddies Campus in Ottawa...Today, we are joined by parents Zenobia Kallis and Eshaq Kallis who have been parents for the last thirty years and today we are having a 'special birthday,' party for their daughter Zustermina Kallis who turns 20 this afternoon...Ohh, the atmosphere is electric and crowds can be heard outside The Campus...This is a special 'surprise,' birthday and the teenager has turned into an adult today and her parents are going to walk us through her upbringing...The couple share four children of which Zustermina is the last born...Let's get to it....Briefly explain the importance of pregnancy, toodler youth and stages of a baby in your experience...!

Eshaq Kallis: I want to start off by saying that I love my daughter because she is turning into an adult today, and no-matter what I will always love her...Tears roll down my eyes when I think about her and she would not even know what I went through to 'bring-her-up,' and I thank The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW for broadcasting this on their network...I am going to ONLY speak about growing Zustermina up as one because I believe that children require 'individual care,' to grow as an Adult...Babies are the greatest pleasure because they have cute giggles, smirky smiles, passionate 'love-moments,' and the ability to make you happy...Babies in Canada cost me about $2000 dollars per month and all the wealth in the world could not replace my Zustermina....Her toddler days will always be with me, the day she started walking, the day she said 'Daddy,' the day she hugged me and the day we first sent her to school...Being a father is the greatest highlight of ones life and it's the greatest 'wow,' to a parent...Babies require special attention and talking to your baby is the best form of communication...!

Zenobia Kallis: I sometimes think that I spoiled Zustermina and I would advice parents out there not to spoil their children...Zustermina is the 'apple-of-our family,' and tears roll down my eyes as well because the same as her father, she would never know how I dreamt about her long before she was born...I sometimes say that I know Zustermina better than herself because I am her mother...As a baby, she had the personality to make your heart melt and always was helpful in the kitchen besides the fact she always tried to put her finger in the power plug...Parents grow their children up better than how they were brought up because they learn from their parents and over time 'generation gets better...' I can say that the man who marries Zustermina will be the luckiest man in the world...Caring for a baby requires sleepless nights by both father and mother and cleaning after their messes...You can truly say a baby is the greatest gift as a child because of the energy they add to the family...Whoever out there is planning to have a baby my advice is 'go for it,' and have the support of your family...Her father and I both played active roles in her life for her to be where she is today...!

Omar Abdulla: Since we are only speaking about one child and easily copied by other viewers tell us what is important to parents of a new born until she reaches adulthood...??

Zenobia Kallis: I will always support my husband and my children and Zustermina will be my little brat because she slept with me in the same room...You cannot replace this bond...A baby is unique and all babies and mothers and fathers are different...When I held little Zustermina I said that I would never work a day in my life, I said that I would give her the universe, I said that I will do my best to make her happy, I said that I will be her best friend for life...You know Omar, a mothers or fathers love you cannot replace and no person in this world can replace it...I said earlier that whoever married my Zustermina will be the luckiest man in the world because of sublime qualities we have taught her including support your husband, love your husband, admire your husband, laugh at your husband and stand with your husband no-matter what...!

Omar Abdulla: Wow, you plan to have eight children...I wish I was married to you...Tell me, how would you love and nurture your own children as a mother...?

Zustermina Kallis: I am saying on National Television infront of billions of people that I want those eight children...I guess there is no set recipe for growing children up as you learn as you go along...One of my biggest dreams is to marry soon and reach that milestone with the man of my dreams...!

Omar Abdulla: Thank you Zustermina...That's all we have time for today....Tomorrow we will be back speaking and talking about Businesses in Canada....Goodbye...!

Episode 30-Season Four

Filmed November 21st 2011

Duration-45 Minutes

Omar Abdulla: Welcome to The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW filmed in Vancouver where the 'city never sleeps...' Footprints Filmworks is proud to honor an advertisement deal of $4 million dollars for the launch of Footprints USA INVESMENTS...Today, we are busy with season FOUR of Footprints Filmworks of which each s e a s o n is divided into eight episodes...There are three episodes left in SEASON FOUR and the fifth season will be filmed in our h o m e country South Africa....Today, we are talking, sharing, speaking and voicing our w o r d s to the Canadian media about business and the relationships business forms in Canada...In studio today, we have Motivational speaker Mr. John Kehoe, CEO of Mcdonalds (global) Mr. Jim Skinner, and Apple 'boss,' Mr. Steve Jobs...Let's get to it...Briefly elaborate the importance of building a small business into an empire...?

Jim Skinner: Dreams are the most important aspect when starting a business and the founders of our franchise business STARTED in Canada, then grew into The United States with supporters of over 300 million people internationally with a brand ranking of $41 per person on average per day....Mcdonalds is a business that underwent stages from the humble beginnings in 1898...The companies founding directors Mr. Ronald Mcdonald has a similiar Story to that of Kectucky Fried Chicken...

Steve Jobs: Businesses change over time and the doingness of the business is the 'selling trait,' of that enterprise...We started Apple computers with Microsoft and the market generates about $2 trillion dollars per day...With the invention of the internet, 'tele-port,' media, digital ipads and 'change in universal elements,' makes the new companies prosper...In business it's never about the product, it's the way you sell it...Perhaps our friend Mr. John Kehoe will give us ideas of being or investing into the right business with 'awesome-returns...'!

Mr. John Kehoe: Thanks to The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW and producers of this product...I watched a television series of this show a month ago when you interviewed President Jacob Zuma and Anthony Robbins...Businesses are life games and depends on the 'life-cycle,' of a business...Employers, Employee's, Unions, and other forms of sub-news form the establishment of a business...I am not going to give you 'fancy news,' that you will win the lotto, but I am going to give advice about businesses...I have seen businesses turn-around reaching targets above 81 percent per annum...I have seen businesses become 'famous and popular,' within it's urban, rural, community and Metropolitan life...I have lost billions of dollars in the exchange for learning something new in business and I have learnt that 'never say die...' Yesterday the television was invented, today the internet is invented, tomorrow foreign investments might rescue 'your-dreams...'

Omar Abdulla: Let's say that I have been appointed as Ceo of Coca-Cola, what advice would you have to grow a hundred year old business...?

Steve Jobs: In the United States there are over 5000 businesses that are over 100 years and the doings and trade of the business changes...Take a person like Bill Gates who wrote a code program for Microsoft and built it into a $50 billion dollar business...Invest in the way our fathers invested in difference...!

Omar Abdulla: Let's say that I want to grow my wife's restaurant business into a business like Mcdonalds...??

Jim Skinner: You ask wise questions Omar, and thank you from the support of Canadian business...If your wife wants to build her take-out business like Mcdonalds, it's all about the trend, it's all about we advertise our products, it's all about 'quick 'n easy,' methods...You can play a vital role in growing her wife's take-out business to a Mcdonalds with the history we have from our forefathers...A journey of 8000 miles starts with a single step...Take the steps forward and don't only rely on the community marketing your business....Advertise locally, nationally, internationally and always offer her w o r d s of praise for her achievements...The law of business is PAY YOURSELF FIRST....

Omar Abdulla: Welcome back to The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW produced by Footprints Filmworks...During the break I received an email from Jeniffer Love from Ottawa who asks Mr. Steve Jobs how does one find lateral movement in business with a simple invention of the blackerries, ipads and other 'gaming-toys,' to the public...!

Steve Jobs: The world is moving at it's fastest pace since globalization and telecommunication has seen a new light in Canada...Home phones are being converted to mobile devices with the same price ratings...China has already launched mobiles in the market that can compete world pricing with prices of 'calls,' expected to drop at 31 percent in the next three years...The internet is being converted in schools and universities that all state schools and universities in North America will be internet bound with free usage...When I started Apple I had failed over a million times and that did not stop me to launch projects in the pipeline...Business is not only about 'knowledge and education,' it's about effeciancy, honesty, smartness and hard work...

Omar Abdulla: We have a l a s t email from Michael Dragoste from Montreal who says that one can one remain confident as he is an employer of 60 people and the market has taken a swoop against in a trend that he is loosing money...??

John Kehoe: One must remain confident in market trend and if you invested in certain products that are not selling and choose to buy into the market with another product then the key sometimes is under-selling...Under-selling works if you sell a certain product under-cost to leverage yourself in other product...Remember that products value change like the stock market based on 'supply and demand,' and remember that some months you can take home returns of upto 500 percent and some months you can loose the entire investment...Always hedge your risk with a team, with your community, with stock markets and with family members as they are the proven 'right investors,' in the future of business...We can all make money and remember to 'walk your talk...

Omar Abdulla: That's all we have time for today from Footprints Filmworks and The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW and tomorrow will be speaking and talking about The Homes of families, The Homes of Children, The Homes of communities and The Homes of country leaders in Canada...Sayanora....

Episode 31-Season Four

Filmed-November 25th

Duration-45 Minutes

Omar Abdulla: Welcome to The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW filmed in Ottawa today...This is the second l a s t episode in Season FOUR and as discussed SEASON FIVE will be filmed in South Africa...Today, we will be sharing and talking about homes in the global diaspora of life, whether you are living with your parents, whether you are married, whether you have children or whether you live in the community...In studio, today we have our socialite Sakeena Joosub and Alison Kells who is going to share with us the duties and responsiblities of 'home-life...'

Alison Kells: Nelson Mandela once said whilst being President of South Africa that the home life is the most important element of ones home and key responsiblities lie with the father, mother, brothers and sisters all to lead the family as a united front...One cannot be a leader to the 'outside-world,' if the home fires are not kept well burning...When I decided to get engaged to the man that I loved we had set out a rochester of our duties as 'man and wife,' because I did not want to make the mistakes my parents made...The responsiblities of a father would be to be the bread-winner of the family working eight hours per day and providing for the wife...If the wife is educated she can work for a company or open up a private company earning extra income for the family so that the marriage can have that special 'cherry-on-top...' Husbands or fathers are like security dogs and have responsibilities of earning an income whilst the wife has the joy of spending his income...In Canada most households earn between $6000-$9000 dollars per month to pay expences including home rental, car rental, food, AU-Pair, contracts, loans and other facilities bought on credit...It is important that marriages and families invest in an insurance policy or savings plan so that children can be sent to university once the child has reached maturity...

Sakeena Joosub: Omar, I love this show and I always tune upto the vibe of Footprints Filmworks because I am one of the early founders back in 2008...Homes are important in Canada and the rest of the world as it forms a basic foundation for the future of your life, your children's lives, the communities lives and the countries lives...The way you live can virtually impact your life and the people around you because of lessons learnt and taught to others...!

Omar Abdulla: Personally, I am married and I have a day time job and do The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW on weekends and my wife has a restaurant business...How do we maintain and plan our family life for the future...??

Sakeena Joosub: Working is the greatest form of motivation and one has to have side businesses as a bonus to the family...I suggest you work 'hard and smart,' at your day job and look at earning about 20 percent extra from the side businesses...You should take interest in your wife's restaurant business and motivate her towards her dreams...Some women earn more than men because of their 'power-driven,' attitude towards society...Invest in her business with small savings and the qualities of TIME, SPACE, MATTER and ENERGY...

Omar Abdulla: Let's say that I want our little home in downtown Pretoria to be built into a Castle in five years with about three children, how would I step forward then...?

Alison Kells: The way to step forward is take your father, your mother, your brother and your wife as the partners in your side business and grow from there...If you are earning X amount try at investing into the right brands and products into your side business...Learn 'new-skills,' everyday and meet new people...Speak and talk about your business to people whom you feel will show interest...The world is a big place and many residents from all over the world will enjoy Footprints Filmworks...As for your wife, do what they do, promote her business without her even knowing and add luck to her business by praying often...Homes are built by partners and not a single person can grow the home on their own...Each person has their own style in doing things and have the vision to build that castle with three children in five years...When it comes to children learn to respect, love, cherish and admire your children and learn from your parents because ultimately they are the best teachers...

Omar Abdulla: Welcome back to The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW produced by Footprints Filmworks...To viewers who are watching this show, I would suggest that Canada is a country to settle down to grow ones personality, business, family and relationships...I thank the Canadian people for their warm support even during the icy weather...I had to wear three jersey's inside plus a jacket to keep warm and I'm still frozen...Perhaps my wife will make my 'toes curl,' this evening...I received an email from Johan Die Liebe from Ontario who says that his family is currently incomplete because their mother passed away three years ago...His question to the panel is how can he deal with this barrier and can a mothers love be substituted...?

Sakeena Joosub: I am sorry for your loss Johan and I would urge you to seek guidance from the departments that Canada has to offer...A mother's love can never be substitued although a mothers love can be replaced by a wife over time...I was reading a book by Norman Vincent who says that a father can be replaced by a husband and a mother can be replaced by a wife over a passage time of 20 years...My advice to you is remember your mum's wishes for you and follow her dreams she has for her son...!

Omar Abdulla: We have a l a s t email from Grace Liefde from Vancouver who says that her home life is riddled with lies and her husband is cheating with another woman...What advice does the panel have for her in this case...??

Sakeena Joosub: Men must have affairs atleast a few times in their life even if they are married, it is part of growing up...My answer to your question is confront your husband about the affair and if your wife can understand the situation then 'forgive and forget...' If things are not going according to plan perhaps it's better to seek a marriage councillor who can assist in repairing the marriage...

Omar Abdulla: That's all we have for today...Tomorrow, we will be back in Canada speaking about 'buying and selling,' tips for retail and wholesale companies in Canada and the rest of the world...From Omar Abdulla and Footprints Filmworks..Sarjak...!

Episode 32-Season Four

Filmed-November 29th 2011

Duration-45 Minutes

Omar Abdulla: Welcome to The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW produced by Footprints Filmworks...This is our l a s t episode of Season Four and Season F I V E will be filmed in South Africa...Today, we will be discussing 'buying and selling tips,' for ordinary Canadians, Greeks, Indians and other fans of Footprints Filmworks...In studio, today we have Group Ceo of General Motors Daniel Akerson and Business analyst Mr. Deepak Chopra...Let's get to it...Before I go to the questions I'd like to say that their are some people who are good buyers and their are some people who are good sellers...Our interview today is at the head-office of General Motors in Vancouver...My wife is perhaps the best seller known to be, because she sells me everyday and I think buying is my job...What are the definitions of 'picking and choosing,' the right brand when it comes to purchases in the global community...??

Daniel Akerson: Business is like a tidal wave and you have to be a w a r e when to buy and sell...Mr. Abdulla your wife is a good seller because she chooses all the bounties you have to offer her and a woman is normally a good seller in the global envirnment of life...At General Motors we have over 45000 staff in Canada, United States, South Africa and other leading countries and choose women in 'top positions,' because they have an eye for trade in selling...Men are normally very picky and rely on their partners to make decisions when buying and often are bad sellers...Men are good buyers because they can pick up a Levis Jeans for $100 dollars on the street instead of paying $200 dollars in a store and thus they good buyers...If you were to give a shopping list to a woman she would spend 34 percent more on buying the same items whilst a man will 'look at saving and buying at the right price...' Canadians who have money in their pockets invest into the latest brands wheather young and old...We find in Canada that 'top-brands,' amongst teenagers include music cd's by Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez whilst the older generation fancy selection remix music including Backstreet Boys, Nsync, Westlife and Elvis Presley...Latest brands for men include Polo, Pringle, Levis, Nike, Adidas, Fossil, Yves Saint Laurent, Rothmans, Ferrari, Maserati, and cash...Latest brands for women include Kellogs, Elizabeth Arden, Sissy boy, Levis, DKNY, and many others...Research has shown that men are 80 percent more brand concious than women because woman feel that if it fits them well, and hold their body well, then it's worth buying...!

Omar Abdulla: Let's say that I am a viewer that works at a supermarket chain in Canada and I earn a lousy salary of $5000 dollars and I want to earn $40 000 dollars in the next one year, how can I increase sales for the business I am employed...?

Mr. Deepak Chopra: Thank you Omar, for presenting this show and I hope your viewers appreciate the work you are putting into all of this...If you are a department worker and earning a salary of $5000 dollars then you should look at increasing sales in the business by speaking to more people...If you met 100 people last week about a product you were selling, improve your style and attitude and speak to 200 people in the next week...Remember that selling is about confidence and small wins give you the big break that you want...Buying and Selling are two different techniques and buyers should be able to 'wheel 'n deal,' and keep to promises set out by the seller...Selling is more complex as a sale can be done in five minutes or if you are like a company like General Motors it could take seven years between a merger deal with General Motors and Barloworld...

Omar Abdulla: Okay, I learnt from my father that the best way to increase sales in your business or the businesses of others is be the first at the office and be the last to leave...I have one more question...How do you know when to buy right and sell right...?

Daniel Ackerson: Buying and selling works with 'supply and demand...' If a product is worth buying in quantity if research is done correctly can be bought in massive amounts...The example you used with Levis Jeans works with us when we buy over 10 000 VW vehicles from Japan daily...Remember that when you in the buying trade it's who you know, it's where you go and this takes time...Take a company like China M0bile that buys over 300 000 blackerries from the manufacturer at a discount price for one year and receive quantities of the 300 000 blackerries at the price agreed too...Selling is more complex because we sell motor vehciles to individuals and selling involves complex attributes including marketing, human resources, labor relationships and advertising...To keep a customer 'coming back, requires an ability to provide free 'promotional material,' constant re-branding and the ability to win competitions customers...!

Omar Abdulla: Back in a moment...!

Omar Abdulla: Welcome back to The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW produced by Footprints Filmworks... During the commercial break I received an email from Jeniffer Laska from Ottawa here in Canada who says that she earns $4000 dollars per month but she always comes out short at the end of the month and what ideas does the panel offer her to save on buying of goods...??

Daniel Akerson: The way to grow your nestec is 'do not worry about saving and the worst investment is the investment into muising...' If you want to shop with fortune cut down on foods and accessories that you already have like clothing, gardening equipment, tools and hardware items and perhaps you could seek a loan to pay-off amounts which create a credit crunch in your pocket...Canada has one of the lowest interest rates so take advantage of your credit rating...I would also suggest that you try to save atleast 15 percent of the $4000 dollars so that you can invest into a sub-business for your children when they go to school and university...Remember that we all want that investment of $100 million dollars and with due investments into your children you will see the rewards return for themselves...!

Omar Abdulla: We received a l a s t email from Sheila Amore who is the Ceo of Bank of Canada who says that what ways can consumers increase spending in the global GDP and still meet due payments set out by the bank...Thus her question is can consumers buy more on credit without hurting their pockets too badly...??

Deepak Chopra: I am lucky to be here on Canada TV and appreciate the work of the Indians in this country...I am from India and I loved The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW so much that it prompted me to be here in Vancouver today...My answer to your question is simple...In the United States for every dollar earned 1.38 dollars is spent and the U.S ceiling has reached an alarming rate of $14.9 trillion dollars...If you and your husband are both working a loan of $100 000 dollars could seep a outflow of $1500 dollars which is left to the couple to decide...Remember credit is a brand on it's own and spending $100 000 dollars on home-improvement or the investment into a business is always a good choice...If the money is to be used on short term gain or asset purchase worth five years I suggest the loan is not advisable...

Omar Abdulla: Thank you to our guests and Footprints Team here in Canada and appreciate the hours of editing times done by our team...I will be taking a break for a month and will return to South Africa where SEASON FIVE will be shot...Until then...Totsiens...!
