quran says one man as a witness and if women then two so who ever follow quran simply they will accept two ladies or equal to one man without any doubts and argues and he or she will never this islam discriminates because quran is truth and what is in quran we have to obey and Allah is Aleem and Kahbeer, and if someone thinks thisis discrimantion , in one way he or she argues with quran that person needs to say tauba and tujdeed there eman and if they are married needs tujdeed e nikah.

What justice? What Islam? What Shariah?

This is the very country that politicians cannot recite a small Surah, it takes 10 years and greasing of palms to get the required justice, the ruling party member admits that ‘corruption is our right’ and when it suits they deem the female intelligence deficient. This is obvious picking and choosing from the Quraan e Paak to suit their needs, if at all the scripture is translated correctly from the Glorious Quraan e paak.

It’s all good and well presenting organised and carefully constructed debates but the reality is simple Human Rights are not exercised and enforced to the ordinary man.

I understand your sentiments however I think the above argument would only have weight if the questioner were a muslim to begin and had belief in Allah (swt) and held the quran to be the unadulterated word of Allah (swt), free from human influence. If you are asked the above question by an atheist or other non muslim, I dont think pointing them in the direction of the Quran might be very helpful, due to the fact that they deny it's validity in the first place.

Yes, he's a deceiver and we are not promoting him but exposing him to the users of YaNabi.com so so they can understand that how he's deceiving youngsters with his self-made logical arguments that have no base in fact. Please listen to his arguments and write a proper refutation, it will benefit many.
