Alhamdulillah Rabi ul Noor Shareef is here once again! Eid Milad Un Nabi (salAllahu alayhi wa salam) mubaarak to you all!
Allah Allah. This blessed and most beautiful month. A month in which our Master SalAllahu alayhi wa salam was born. Mercy to the Worlds. He salAllahu alayhi wa salam, who came to bring life to the dead hearts of people! I pray that this month can bring hearts like mine back to life again too.
"If we look at the full moon we realise that the reason for its fullness is because it is fully facing the sun. The degree of the moon’s completion is according to its facing the source of light. Likewise if a believer fully faces the source of perfection (the Prophet, may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) then he will achieve perfection. For this reason the first group of believers to enter Paradise are described by the Prophet as being like the full moon in their illumination."
Allah grant us the ability to turn completely with out body mind soul towards RasoolAllah salAllahu alayhi wa salam, to love them salAllahu alayhi wa salam more than our wealth, children, status, job, parents, brothers, sisters, wife and husband. May we be drowned in their love.
They salAllahu alayhi wa salam who cried oceans of tears for sinners like myself.
Ik dil hamara kya he, aazar uska kitna,Tum ne to chalte phirte, murde jila diye he.
What is my heart alone? However much its harm
You have brought back to life the living dead!

Unke nisaar koyi kaise hi runj mein ho,Jab yaad aagaye he, sab gham bhula diye he.
May I die for him! However much sorrow someone is in
When he is remembered, all one's sorrows are forgotten!

Ya sahibul jamalu wa ya sayyadul bashar
Min wajhikal muniro laqad nawwarul qamar
O possessor of beauty! O leader of mankind
It is from your enlightened countenance that the moon is illumined

La yumkinuth thana’uka ma kaana haqquhu
Ba’daz Khuda, buzurg toi, qissa e mukhtasar
It is not possible to praise you in a befitting manner
In short, after God, you are the greatest

Remember me and my family in your du'as this beautiful month inshaAllah. That we are called to Madina Paak very soon!

Bohot bekaraari ke aalam mein hoon meinMeri bekaraari mitda mere Mawla!

Having not been to Madina Paak (Du'as please)...I always ask those that have been to tell me about it, so I can sit and listen to them, for hours I'd sit and listen quietly, imagining how they must have felt. Their tears usually tell me more than their tongue...and If there are no tears, they only say, they can not describe Madina Paak. No words can do the beautiful City justice...
Perhaps this is how they feel?

Dil bhi mera hai waheen Jaan bhi meri hai waheen
Apne kaandhaun par apne laashay ko utha laya hoon
:crying:

Sochta hoon main vo ghari kya ajabghari hogi

Jab dar-e-nabi par hum sab ki haazrihogi

Aarzoo hai seene mein, ghar baneMadine mein

Ho karam jo bande par, bandaparwaree hogi

Baat kya hai Baad-e-Saba ithni kyu mu’attar hai?

Sabz sabz gumbad ko choom kar chali hogi

Naam e Mustafa ki kasam pur sukoonhoon mein abh tak

Tum bhi naam lo unka, ghar meinroshani hogi

Kibriyaa ke jalvoun se kya samabandha hoga

Mehfil e nabi jis dam Arsh par sajhihogi

Sow kulhenge us keliye rahmathoun kedarvaaze

Naat e Mustafa jisne eik bhi sunnihogi

p.s. forgive me if there are mistakes in the lyrics. I typed them up myself. Please correct me if they are wrong.

Sorry to...ahem...disturb. But all being well, I jet out in late Jan early Feb insh'allah :)

I have absolutely no idea why I haven't gone before. Feels odd, given that there has never been anything restricting me, apart from my own procrastination and excuses, even apathy you could argue :/

MashaAllah I am so so happy for you both! You are very fortunate to be able to make this blessed journey and I pray that everything goes well for you!

Please please, if you can, please make du'a for me and my family. I can not put into words what it is I am feeling. If you read my initial post...it is nothing compared to how much my heart burns now! SubhanAllah yet I wish not for this burning to stop...ajeeb

Perhaps these verses might explain my emotions...

"Har varee menu rawndiyaan chad ke, tur jaande ne yaar Madine"
"Hum tera kehdein ge Aqaa ko salaam, Jaane vale log hum se keh gaye, Sab Madine ko gaye hum reh gaye"
"Hai arzoo ye dil ki mein bhi Madine jaaon, Sultaan do Jahaan ko sab daagh dil dikhaaoon"
Ya Rub Madinay Pak Mein Jaana Naseeb Ho
Jaana Naseeb Ho Tou Na Aana Naseeb Ho

Iss ne bhi Madina dekh liya
Uss ne bhi Madina dekh liya
Sarkaar kabhi mein bhi kahoon
ke maine bhi Madina dekh liya

Koi rota hai to bhar aati hain ankhein meri
Mein samajhta hoon Madina isse yaad aata hai

I could go on forever...but will leave by saying just one more...

Ah JazakAllah khair for your kind intentions brother...but I'm afraid it's not the money that's keeping me. I don't have a Mahram who can take me. My father cannot take me yet, nor can my brother who is much younger and I'm not married yet. What is a sister to do?

Brother remind me before you go please, and sister piara Madinah you too.

Salams,

Masha'ALLAH you going in Jan/Feb, Insha'ALLAH!?! can never forget my first visit to Meccah and Madinah in Ramazan (Dec 1999) after spending 9 days in Meccah we set off for Madinah (well after Isha) got to Madinah (if i can remember correctly 4am) first prayer at Masjid e Nabwi (S.A.W) was the Fajr Namaaz (on the top floor) stayed there till Eid Salaat. then one of the most amazing emotional moments of my life - going to Our Beloved Prophet S.A.W (I can still remember i was in a state of confusion, getting the escalators down to the ground floor) never knew how to go to Our Prophet S.A.W - i started crying like a little baby (my heart is beating right now whilst im typing this) and started walking towards the Roza Mubarak - i was crying with my hands covering my face (the last time i cried so much was at my Dad's Funeral) there were a million and one things going thru my head. I never knew what to do - it was one of the longest walks. Till i got to Our Beloved Holy Prophet S.A.W - could not beleive i was there (the face i went to see Him - i felt so little, and ashamed of myself. a surreal experience) Ya Rahman!!! The Beautiful Holy Prophet S.A.W is for everyone - the best experience of my life was experienced there and I sincerly wish You and Everybody who goes there my kind of experience but 100 times better, Insha'ALLAH! Ameen, ALLAH Humma Ameen. You should have been there in your youth (you will say to yourself) You'll c!!! Insha'ALLAH!!!!

InshaAllah to those who are planning to go soon May Allah bless your journey, take you there and bring you back safely! Ameen.

What I have noticed is people delay it for so long cos Shaytan is trapping them but when they do eventually start their journey they cant stay away and end up going every year!!

MashALlah it really is amazing...:D

Its been more than a year since I last went and I want to go again because this seperation is killing me!! Its something which I find difficult to describe especially Hajj, I still cannot believe Allah has blessed me so much Alhamdulillah and that I got through such a difficult time I dont think I can do it again though :S. I ALWAYS remember you in my duas sister bwol. InshaALlah you will go soon. If it was a choice between me and you I would choose you everytime :). Ameen.

Mashallah brother KTL and sister PM, you are indeed very lucky to visit these blessed palces especially the place where our beloved Prophet Sallalo Alhe Waslam is resting.
Repentance is a strange mount -
it jumps towards heaven in a single moment from the lowest place

If your father cant take you go with any of your uncles chucha jaan mamon jaan etc because now many they go every year , you will find any mehram from the family and again as you mentioned your father looks after your grand father , ask him take 2 weeks break and take you .

May be any relitive volounter to help and look after him that time or ask your drs they must provide any care for your grandfather when you away.

I know we only can go when our call come but again we including me we make excuses in heart and awlays postpone ( not saying about you ) for little reasons etc and if it comes to go to pakistan we all plan and go and find the cover for the elders and the family kids, wives etc we always find a soloution if a shadi in pakistan or if some one ill or dies we go and say jana hi purna hay rishtadari hay etc but when it comes to go to madinah paak we always say cant go and every zimadari comes in our way and we say jub woh boliyen gay to jayen gay .

woh her waqat bolaty hain janay ka time rasta hamen khood talash kerna hay or masrofiyat or zaroroton ko ik turf ker kay pakka irada kerna hay kay we going , ask your father politely if he can ask any of the relitives to keep an eye on your dada jaan and go for 2 weeks and if he is that poorly your health department will cover if your father will say going away for 2 weeks .

even if you got any mamon and chucha jaan or tya jan and if they live in pakistan pay for them and take them with you as a mehram and go , meri dua hay kay nabi paak app kay liye asani peda kareen or app ko isi saal rabiunoor main hazri naseeb hoo .

any yanbi brother here can help sister if they live near her to lookafter her grandfather when she go to madinah paak.

and my request to my all brs take your wives and kids as soon as possible and go again and again and if your mothers not visited madinah paak please take them for hujj and umrah quick.

kion kay pesa kisi kaam ka nahe uger app kay piaroon nay madinah paak nahe dekha.

That is nothing to be proud off!

Counsult a Sunni Alim and he will tell you if you can read namaaz on the roof or not.

Have some respect!

Owais Bhai will be live online on www.truecoloursofislam.com from 17:00 GMT

Just as a note - Owais Bhai has never read namaaz on the roof in Masjid E Nabwi. I highly doubt any Sunni or Sunni Alim has

My grandfather Pir Sayyid Karam Hussain Shah Sahib (Rahimullah) passed away in July this year. There are many things stopping my father taking us all. They have said they will inshaAllah, but when, Allahu 'Alim

My uncle just came back from Hajj and my eldest uncle can not take me, they are unwell and unable to make the journey again. They have been many times before. Also, my mamoo does not live in this country.

@ Brother badman..do share more with us about your blessed journey if you can inshaAllah

@ Sister Malaaikah, Allah bless you sis! You are very sweet and your du'as mean the world to me! Jazakillah khair! know that you are in mine too.x
