Dealing With Obesity.

Being fat or obese can be a problem...inconviniencing at times, and those in such conditions spend quite a fortune in medical bills to attend to this matter. In that regard, where such conditions arise, may I recommend that you look at the attachment to this post which will greatly help you lose weight, the Sunnah Way, with so many advantages:---eg  no financial expenses, reaping rewards from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, practicing Sunnat-Nabiy Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam etc

Jazak'Allah, theres a really good book called the spiritual lock of Madinah on the stomach on dawateislami.net it helps quite a lot on losing weight.
