In this despicable video clip Irfan Shah Sahab calls a world renowned scholar of Ahle Sunnah Dr.Tahir-ul-Qadiri a munafiq, begerat and dala (pimp). A pimp is a man who finds clients for prostitutes and takes a large part of the earnings. Nauzubillah!

Followers of Irfan Shah Mashadi have delivered many sermons about mutual respect and tolerance. This message is dedicated to you as followers of this man. Can you please request Shah Sahab to avoid such language from Mimbar-e-Rassol. The issue is not about him being right or wrong it's about the sanity of a sacred spot which is meant to preach Islam and not to call people dalla, begerat, marasi, kanjar, kutta....

On top of all this  he insinuates that chopping of heads is okay if X disagrees with your conviction.

I don't know much about the background of this speaker except from the comments posted here. Doesn't appear to be very educated and that's reflected in the use of his language even at times when he's not being abusive.

As far as 'mutual respect and tolerance' concerns my personal view is without these its hard to classify one as alive-human and im sure you will agree that in no way my view is attacking shias nor it is pro-sunni.

As far as Hazor Shaikh Dr. Muhammad Tahir Ul Qadiri and Hazor Shaikh Irfan Shah Mashadi's issue regards, Im pretty hopeful this won't be the topic of questions on Yaum al Qiyaama.

Well you are not DEAD yet and for living people this is an issue of concern. After listening to these clips I would never take my kids to a venue where this man is speaking. Who would want their kids to hear such language and that from a religious  icon.  If Shah Shab can say Dalla then why can't I dad? :crying:

This is more personal than a global problem. Every man has to make up his own mind and decide if this type of behavior is okay or not. For those who are more accustom to such language and behavior maybe this is perfectly allright. However, in civilized societies no one speaks like this.

The thing is for many of our scholars here in the Uk he is one of the leading lights and you cannot deny he is a very knowledgeable scholar.

I'm just thinking how is it possible to bring a change in attitude, rhetoric and general outlook regarding Sunni unity? 
How can we make people, more importantly our leaders view things in a different light?

Dear brother, I think you're once again diverting the topic. The issue is not teachings of Shah Sahab, the issue is manners of Shah Sahab while he is inaugurated onto Mimbar-e-Rasool. Let's stick to the topic and avoid remarks which are nothing more than day dreaming.

Shah Shab should continue on Ummah channel and help thousands of Sunnis like he has done in the past. The only slight change we are requesting is that he MUST STOP swearing.

Your last point is a very good one that Scholars never object. That should raise some eyebrows.

PS! Difference of an opinion does not invalidate Syed Irfan Shahs "scholarly skills".

Brother if boycotting is the only solution than boycotting Ahle-Sunnah and joining shias could fix that couldn't it? Or what about boycotting Islam altogether? MazAllah summa MazAllah.

Im shocked at the number of people who have joined this forum today and are acting madly to defend Ahle-Sunnah! I think saving the noble culture of this forum is more important than what you are suggesting. If disrespect of scholars is acceptable here than ye aap hi ko mubarak ho, with all due respect.

The hate has reached such profound levels that reversing is probably impossible. If there is a change it will come from US, the layman and not religious icons. I can tell you my personal take on this: Intellectual honesty is the only way forward. Speak about things the way they are instead of playing political games.

Forgive me for saying this but speaking about ethical codes which are only valid for "others" is a well defined form of hypocrisy. I am not calling you a hypocrite because I understand your spiritual obligations. It's just an observation which is quite common amongst us Sunnis. We are very good at telling others what to do while our own conduct is above everything.

All is well as long as it doesn't cost us anything. Sermons are for them because we are above everything.

We believe in freedom of expression as long as it doesn't repudiate ethical cods of decency. Does everyone in your house agree with you on every single thing? Qalam is a user with strong views, some of them are good and some of them are not. He often takes a different stand which some people may find provocative but this type of diversity is quite natural in  large community. If there is a specific post disturbing you then we will gladly remove or edit the disturbing part.

If some are above a law then all are above the law because the Magnificent Creator will judge us equally. We should practice what we preach or preach what we practice.

This just re-strengthens my idea (the truth) that Irfan shah has definitely terrorist Inclinations. I wish our ulema would take a note of this and stop hypocrisy! They conitnue to preach against wahabi extremist while these terrorists are allowed to spread their filth and hate mongering openly! 

If we are against deo-bandi wahabi terrorists, we should be well against these terrorist who have inflitrated in Ahl e Sunnah. Wait, wasnt sufism all about love and tolerance?! Is he a SUFI TERRORIST? Horrifying!

 
A message for him and terrorist followers, your verbal abuses and verbal threats wont stop Dr Tahir ul Qadri or anyone else from spreading their mission of peace and harmony!
