i would like to know, is there any hadith which when the blessed Prophet was asked, to whom an individual must serve or show the most respect to,
or who was the most important to Him(S.a.w), did he mention Allah before the mother?
Some one told me that, the Prophet(S.a.w) said that to serving Allah is greater than serving the mother,
and when he was asked that question he said Allah twice and only then the mother. Is this true?

The Holy Prophet SallAllahu Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam said that obedience is owed to none in the disobedience of Allah Azzawajal.
I am not aware of what you state but there is a well-known Hadith where The Holy Prophet SallAllahu Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam said 'mother' thrice before saying 'father' reflecting to the level of obedience one should have towards the parents.
For e.g. scholars say that if the father and mother give their son/daughter a task together, the mother's order should be obliged first and then the father's unless fitnah is feared from them due to ignorance. They should be taught the teaching in this case to build a common understanding.

Thank you Brother for your reply. But can i have the exact reference to the hadith where the Prophet(s.a.w) mentioned mother thrice and then the father? Thank you so much.
And is there any Hadith where the Prophet(s.a.w) mentioned Allah before the mother? could he have mentioned that? in a way that serving Allah comes first before mother? Thank you.

It comes in Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abi Dawud and infact will be found in every famous compilation of Ahadith.
It will be found in the chapters on the rights of parents InshaAllah.
I have found the precise translation online:
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: A person came to Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and asked, "Who among people is most deserving of my fine treatment?'' He (PBUH) said, "Your mother". He again asked, ``Who next?'' "Your mother", the Prophet (PBUH) replied again. He asked, "Who next?'' He (the Prophet (PBUH)) said again, "Your mother.'' He again asked, "Then who?'' Thereupon he (PBUH) said,'' Then your father.''
In another narration: "O Messenger of Allah! Who is most deserving of my fine treatment?'' He (PBUH) said, "Your mother, then your mother, then your mother, then your father, then your nearest, then nearest".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
I have not come across the other supposed version that you speak of.

Hadeeth No.1
Narrated Al-Walid bin 'Aizar:Hope this serves your purpose.
I heard Abi Amr 'Ash-Shaibani saying, "The owner of this house." he pointed to 'Abdullah's house, "said, 'I asked the Prophet 'Which deed is loved most by Allah?" He replied, 'To offer prayers at their early (very first) stated times.' " 'Abdullah asked, "What is the next (in goodness)?" The Prophet said, "To be good and dutiful to one's parents," 'Abdullah asked, "What is the next (in goodness)?" The Prophet said, To participate in Jihad for Allah's Cause." 'Abdullah added, "The Prophet narrated to me these three things, and if I had asked more, he would have told me more."
