Pir Nasir-ud-Din Shah Sahib passes away
Posted 13 February 2009 - 03:00 PM (#22)
Please recite al Fatiha.
Any May Allah SWT have Mercy on us...as many Ulema and awliya have passed away very quickley in the recent years...it is a sign that Allah SWT is removing the knowledge of the deen from this world...and a sign that the day of reckoning is ever closer.
Ya Arhamur Rahimeen.

Inna Lillahi wa ina ilay raji'oon.
My whole family & ancestors have nisbat with Golra Sharif, so it's a massive shock to us all. I've met Pir sahib many times and listened to their inspirational speeches and I doubt if there will be another true reviver of the faiz of Pir Meher Ali Shah sb (RA).
Keep watching the Islamic channels on sky who are showing video footage at Golra Sharif.

Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Rajeoon
What a big loss for ahle sunnah wa jamah, a great person of knowledge and a excellent poet! May Allah Azawajal give Pir Saab the highest place in Jannah and May Allah Azawajal give Pir Saabs family Sabr-e-Jameel.
a leave you to ponder over a hadith:
Abu Huraira (ra) narrates:
Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established (1) till two big groups fight each other whereupon there will be a great number of casualties on both sides and they will be following one and the same religious doctrine, (2) till about thirty Dajjals (liars) appear, and each one of them will claim that he is Allah's Apostle, (3) till the religious knowledge is taken away (by the death of religious scholars)

The holy prophet peace be upon him said “one of the signs of the hour will be that knowledge will recede back to heavens!” and with the passing of each aalim and sheikh there is no person to inherit their baraka and faiz, so alas the knowledge is going with them……………….
May allah grant sayyed sahib qibla raheemullahi ta3ala the best place in paradise

Inna Lilahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Rajioon.
He was the shaykh of my brother in law and i had the honour of meeting him on a few occasions in his house.
He was definetly a great scholar and a pillar of ahlus sunnah and a great loss for us all.
I recall a beautiful gathering in Blackburn where the shaykh recited some of his own written poetry.
You can listen to some clips of the shaykh here...
May Allah be merciful to him, grant him janatul firdaus, raise his rank, give his family and followers sabr.

Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to him we return.
May Allah grant the grandson of Pir Sayyid Mehr Ali Shah Saheb a lofty place in Jannah, Ameen.
