Salaam

The Shortest Distance between a Problem and it's Solution is the Distance between your Knees and the Floor. The one who Kneels to Allah (Ta'ala) can Stand Up to Anything.

May Allah increase ur EMAN,
Grant u AHSAN,
Restore on u SABAR,
Delight u in ZIKAR,
Bless u with TAQWA,
Accept ur TOBA &
honour u with JANNAT

Salaam Sister, May Allah and His Beloved Prophet SallAllaho AlaiHi Wa AaliHi Wasallam relieve you from your problems Ameen.
If you can discuss the problem with a close friend or relative that you have faith in. Its easy to isolate yourself when you have problems so do speak to someone about them. If after this you still feel the same the possibly try a professional counsellor.
Lastly remember there is always a way, always a solution, are you willing to go through the pain to find it?
I pray that may Allah Almighty and His Beloved Prophet SallAllaho AlaiHi Wa AaliHi Wasallam guide and protect you. Ameen

If you are feeling very stressed out at the moment, I would recommend you take some time out for yourself, find some secluded place, get a cd / or download some quranic recitations of Shaykh Abdul Basit Abdus Samad & listen to it. It will help relax your mind, in-sha Allah

Forgive me, I may have misinterpreted what you are saying, but do clarify what you mean by this please, so that we can understand more regarding how you feel.

Sister, if you have been putting things off throughout summer, there is no way in which you can go back and change that. However rule 1 is not to panic. Have hope, pray and make a plan. Stop feeling so guilty ( you are wasting more time by doing this, and as you say you are already running out of time). Instead have hope, make a plan, decide on what you are going to do to make this ' decision' that you are referring to, and importantly stick to the plan. Set time limits and ensure that you make this 'decision' on time. You also stated that: everything is to hard i think im really depressed then, Think of ways of overcoming this, what can you do to deal with the complexities of the situation, can you make anything simpler, or is it because you are panicking that you are feeling that it is so 'hard'?

The power to be.

What makes the most difference in this world is your thoughts.

No-one can get in there -- except what you plant in there or what you lead to believe.

Life is temporary and we have to make sure that we love it. Expect the unexpected and welcome whatever comes to you ... be it sadness or happiness.

Know that Allah Az'zawajal says in the Holy Quran that He does not test anyone more then they can edure. So know that Allah Az'zawajal is aware of what you can endure.

Be strong for the One who Owns All is Aware.

Life is temporary and it will end soon ... and so will your misery.

The best justice you can do on your ownself is to believe in yourself.

Let nothing stop you from fulfillment.

You will become content with what you have if you start believing in youself.

Asalaam Alai Kum Sister

We all go through emotions onetime or another, so don't feel that your alone sister.
Other members have made so excellent suggestions, but I would like to ask you!
Would you like to express your problems with us in a few more details?
If its a private affair then I would respect your privacy, you don't have to share.
By talking to someone who empathizes, it will take away half the burden, you'lle be amazed.
Their is an answer to EVERY PROBLEM sister. But, the longer you leave the problem, the longer the walk back their is to resolve it!
If its just one of them things that you can't express, then this may lighten you up.

THIS ALLWAYS WORKS WITH ME!

OR

May ALLAH AZ WA JAL fill your HEART with the love of his BELOVED (S.A.W) and forever keep you smiling....Aameen.

Wasalaam Alai Kum.

I have been experiencing the same thing. I think the thing to try (and maybe I will too) is set a time in the day to 'worry' and just write down all the things that you are thinking about or regret etc. And then read it later or try and sort what you can in whatever way, otherwise just try and learn from that thing and let it go- easier said than done I know.

And throughout the day just block off the thoughts, until that set time of 30 minutes or whatever.
