Questions regarding Guru Nanak & Dastgir

I do not know if the link below is appropriate to post in this forum so I apologise in advance If I've made a mistake in posting the link or querying some issue on it.

Anyways I came across this video link below.

My following questions are;

1) Is Guru the same as saying pir or spiritual leader?

2) What is Vaahay Guru?

3) Who or what is dastgir?

4) In the clip in the link above the man mentions that Guru Nanak has said that 'God takes them who are high makes them low and vica versa' - what is this supposed to mean?

1. Yes I think so.

Other questions why don't you seek help from their forum and find out. It is not part of our deal and most of us are blank on these wuestions.

Salaam Brother LEt me try to answer your questions. I can't get to the link because it requires a login. 2) Waahay Guru is what the Sikhs call God. 3) Dastgir is another name for Ghous al Azam.
