Sister Khatam is to do Isaal-e-Sawaab to the person or person's who have passed away.

There maybe Quran or Tasbihaat read as Isaal-e-Sawaab for them.

I hope it helps

Sister am not sure what you are saying but one thing that I know that people do when in problem is do a khatam of Ayatal Kareema:

La ilaha Ila antha subhana ka ini kuntho minazaalemin

This tasbeeh was recited by Hazrat Yunus when they where in the stomach of the Fish. It is required that you read 250,000 times this and make supplication to Allah that he take you out of the problem.

This Khatam is read by reciting the Ayatal Kareema 250,000 times. It does not have to be done in one sitting but is done over many days. At the end, you must read the Khatam shareef, which sister Sadia has described and then send sawaab to the Holy Prophet , the other Prophets, Sihaab-e-Kiraam, Shuhaadah etc. Make dua to Allah to make all your clamities and problems to go away.

Ayatal Kareema = Laa Illaha Illa antha Subhanaka Ini kuntho minazaal-e-min 250,000 times.

The ones reading this should always make sure that they are in Wudhu as this is a very powerful Wazifa.
