Anybody he rejects what the Quran says is a kafir. All of the above, what you have written, is clearly rejecting what Allah has said in the Quran:

Surah Maryam (19) ayahs 16-22

Relate in the Book (the story of) Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place in the East.

She placed a screen (to screen herself) from them; then We sent to her our angel, and he appeared before her as a man in all respects.

She said: "I seek refuge from thee to (God) Most Gracious: (come not near) if thou dost fear God."

He said: "Nay, I am only a messenger from thy Lord, (to announce) to thee the gift of a holy son.

She said: "How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?"

He said: "So (it will be): Thy Lord saith, 'that is easy for Me: and (We wish) to appoint him as a Sign unto men and a Mercy from Us':It is a matter (so) decreed."

So she conceived him, and she retired with him to a remote place.

Surah Al Imran (3) ayah 59

The similitude of Jesus before God is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was.

In surah maryam, Hazrat Maryam clearly asks how can I be pregnant if no man has touched me? And we see that this is easy for Allah. Further, in surah Imran we see that Allah created Hazrat Adam (as) without a mother and a father! What is your response to that may I ask? Do you reject that too? Allah is showing you that he can create Hazrat Isa (as) without a father, the same way He created Hazrat Adam (as) without a father AND a mother ie to say "Be" and it was.

Your claims of having done much research in the face of your ignorance is simply pathetic, and as ever you have failed to prove a single point.  Out of the goodness of my heart I have decided to sideline the rest of your silly replies to my posts, however I expect an adequate response to this. I want you to respond to the above ayahs that clearly say Jesus was born without a father - similarly Hazrat Adam (as) created without both parents!  

You  have made up your own religion by the looks of it, and this is what is expected if you have no shaykh to guide you.
