its slighty differnet for a women in that she doesent have to point her toes towards the Ka'ba, and the posiitoning of elbows and speration of body parts. women can just do the sajdah in an almost relaxed way, closed together.

a muslimah sajdah is surposed to be more modest, ie she bends her arms more and closees them in, with hands close together, she has her chest more close to her legs (i.e lower to the ground) and she has her buttocks lower to the ground.
and Allah (subhanallahi wa ta a-lah) know best

According to the Hanafi Madhab, Women will make sajdah in such a way that the belly will touch the thighs and the forearms will touch the sides. The forearms will be placed on the ground. They place the head between the hands in sajdah. They place the forehead and the nose on the ground. The fingers should be kept close together, facing the Qibla. The thumb should also face the Qibla. In sajdah both feet will be placed on the ground facing the right. The feet should not be kept upright. However, the toes should face the Qibla.

Yazid bin Habib states that Rasulullah (saw) passed by two women who were performing their Salaah.  He said to them:  "When you prostrate, join some flesh to the earth (i.e. place some parts of the body on the ground) as women are unlike men in these aspects."  ("Marasil", Page 118)

In another Hadith Nabi (saw)  mentioned:  "When a lady prostrates, she must attach her stomach to her thighs, i.e. her stomach and thighs must touch each other.  ("Sunanul Kubra", Vol.2, Page 223.)

I desagree, women shouldn't fold theyr feet, men have to fold them such as placing the left foot under the right and having the toes of the right foot to go forward and the hill back as if they were ready to stand on the right foot. Women have to just let the right foot go over the left.

Sister Rose, that is what was said; men have to point the all the toes towards them straight in front towards the Ka'ba in Sajdah (like they are going into the standing position like you said); whilst sitting the toes of the right foot only should be in this position, and the left foot remains flat (in a horizontal style position). For a women this is not necessary and both feet can remain flat (in a horizontal style position) in both sajdah and sitting, without the facing of any of toes straight in front towards the Ka'ba - hope that makes it clearer; InshAllah.

A women should never stand with her leggs apart like men, she should have her right hand over her left hand a little higher than the waiste line, when she is in the sitting position she should have her left foot placed behind the right foot and unlike men she should have her left foot straight under the right.

Salaam
All right, very well, good job people.  Too much hard work with one sajda right? Yea, thats ISLAM.  well, first of all NAMAZ is for ALLAH subhaan-wa'TaALLAH, so try to concentrate in HIM then see the results.  InshALLAH, we all will perform such nice SALAH.  The thing
Mujaahid Ali said is true. Keep it up brother.
