salaam to all;

here is the situation of my best friend and sister in islam, she's being
harrassed by this pakistani man for 5 yrs now, this man was introduced
to her by a matchmaker woman and eversince this man's been a leach
and wont take no for an answer;he wants to marry her and she doesnt
like him one bit;she did several istekharas they're all neg abt him;
she doesnt like his personaliyt his looks his anything and this man
refuses to budge and leave her alone; the problem is she cannot
lay charges against him coz she doesnt know his add or ph no;
he hacks her compu he has his men follow her quietly wherever
she goes; he even wiretaps her phone calls by bribing the landlord
she rents from;in short he's made her life a hell and taking his
revenge by harassing her for rejecting him; she never met him
nver seen him never dated him; and he thinks she likes him
infact she was interested in someon else who she loved.

we are exhausted trying to make sense to him to stop
chasing her;she's been forced to marry this man who she
hates ;she'll never marry him and he knows that but
still he wouldnt give up so what do you guys think how to
stop this sick man; plz post your suggestions here;

he wants for force her to marry him; this is a sin in islam
isnt it to force anyone to marry you?? how can he do that??
doesnt he know islam??how can he think he can force
a grownup woman???this is travesty plain and simple;

how to stop this mad man?

Sister, you should definetly contact the cops. I mean if they met through a matchmaker, shouldn't the matchmaker have some information regarding the guy. Plus, you mentioned you guys have tried talking to the guy, so doesn't that mean you have some contacts with him?!

Also isn't it illegal for a landlord to volunteer personal information to an outsider?

I don't know your account of your sister is very mind-boggling. She is followed by a loon, but you guys are not reporting to the police. She loves another guy, and yet getting married to another. And, she has informed her stalker about these personal details.

Please take permission of your murshid if you have a murshid, before continuing the following. In addition I would advise for her to contact the good people so they would do special dua for her and advise her.

thanks for the response and concern to my post we can't report it to the police
coz we dont have his add or phone number, its like he's invincible and yet
does all this to harrass her from behind so we have no means of contact only
through posts at certain sites where he responds; and thats i had said my friend
was interested in a certain guy a while ago, not anymore, she is not interested
in gettng married to anyone now; i wanted to correct my post but couldnt coz it says edit time expired; whatever that means; she doesnt have to inform him of
anything he knows that guy through net, this psycho has a criminal mind so he's knows everything thats why i said he's stalker and a sick;

its not only illegal but also immoral for any landlord to be alibi of any kinda crime
;but, money is humans biggest weakness dont forget that;

thanks for the reply, I'll pass on the msg to her;
at this point and time no dua or dawaa would work for her
except action to bring him to the table to have a faceoff with him
directly in the presense of some aalim; so that he understands
the true meaning of islam and leave her alone;

Sister, the whole situation seems very surreal to me.

I would still stand by my previous advice, contact the authorities. Or how about this time you pay the landlord to get the information. And, how did you find out that it was the landlord who relayed the information? You should really speak with the parents, and the matchmaker.
