The three revealed faiths sent down as a blessing by our Lord through true prophets and true scriptures, Islam and the uncorrupted, genuine forms of Christianity and Judaism, share many common beliefs. Although the Torah and the Injil were gradually corrupted over the course of time, the essence and moral values of the true faith are still to a large extent preserved in these books sent down from the Presence of Allah.

Allah Is Praised As the One and Only God in the Torah

The Lord is God; besides Him there is no other… Acknowledge and take to heart this day that the Lord is God in heaven above and on Earth below. There is no other. (Deuteronomy 4:35-39)

… Before Me no God was formed, nor will there be one after Me. I, even I, am the Lord, and apart from Me there is no savior... (Isaiah, 43:10-11)
... The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. (Deuteronomy 6:4-5)

…I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me. (Isaiah 46:9)
.....

]It Is also Stated in the Injil that Allah Is One

"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.”(Mark 12:29-30)

… answered Jesus, "the Lord our God, the Lord is one”… "Well said, teacher," the man replied. "You are right in saying that God is One and there is no other but Him.” (Mark 12: 29-32)

… God is one. (Galatians 3:20)

And exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—Who is forever praised. ... (Romans 1:23-25)

… for us there is but One God, from Whom all things came and for Whom we live... (1 Corinthians 8:6)

We know that an idol is nothing at all in the world and that there is no God but One. (1 Corinthians 8:4)

True Believers in the One Allah Must Unite in Order to Spread the Glory of Our Almighty Lord

How are we to unite when they (nowadays) give Allaah attributes which do not befit him. They USED to worship Allaah 3azzawajal, they now worship a figment of their imagination. To unite, will not happen with these non-believers, as much as YOU want it, I seriously doubt many others do.

I vouch for haqq, even when against myself!

You have completely misunderstood the thread. Harun Yahya, a scholar, is simply following a direct command of Allah which is located in surah 3 ayah 64:

Say: "O People of the Book! come to common terms as between us and you: That we worship none but Allah; that we associate no partners with him; that we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords and patrons other than Allah." If then they turn back, say ye: "Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to Allah's Will).

The Qur'an commands us to come to common terms, one of which is belief in one God. Harun Yahya is reminding the Jews and Christians to follow their own scriptures and not their own desires. This is one such common term.

I dont know how then I had "misunderstood" Faraz, when that is EXACTLY what I meant. How are we to unite with them if they will not adhere to the truth of Allaah 3azzawajal and stop following their figment of imaginations (i.e. own desires in picutres/idols of god). I think you are the one that mis-understood my thread.

These verses are targeted to Monistic christians not mushriks who believe in trinity and believe in jesus as a son of god or god himself.

Monistic christians are those who believe in jesus as a slave/messenger of god and do righteous deeds and have no partners to the one and only god.

In todays world it would be hard to find a christian that dosent believe in trinity.

Self promoted "brother of ilm", I find it despicable that the entire focus of your stupidity was aimed at the final sentence of the entire post, which reads:

"True Believers in the One Allah Must Unite in Order to Spread the Glory of Our Almighty Lord "

May I ask, what is your problem with the above?

The Qur'an specifically orders us to come to common terms, both the Christian and Jewish scriptures promote the concept of One God. Harun Yahya, a renowned scholar, is inviting Jews and Christians to believe in the oneness of God and is providing evidence from their very own scriptures. This is good thing, and is in accordance with what the Qur'an commands. Only a complete jahil would have a problem with this.

There are today Christians and Jews who believe in one God, and there are even Christians who believe that Isa (AS) was not a God (unitarians). There is no problem with acknowledging this fact, and we are in this sense united in the belief of one God (with such ahel kitab) .

He ends his brief article with a generic comment pertaining to "true believers" without going into detail. So, what is your problem?

Subhan'Allaah, "self promoted" PLEASE explain how.

Hardly ever do i lose it, but when someone (edit: shouldnt call you that) calls me a self promoter, and he himself uses his own opinions instead of what is acceptable as "responses" really gets to me.

I WAS AGREEING WITH YOU! (edit: apologies, I take it back, I shouldnt have said that)
