Are you trying to tell me that no Sunni scholar on this planet has ever hit their students?? I'm not condoning the actions of the person in the video (which i didnt bother to watch) but think before you post trash such as this. It serves no purpose whatsoever.
Also, Why label Muslims as dogs? Yes they may be on the wrong path but they are still Muslims.
If this is the kind of attitude us Muslims display towards others then may Allah SWT help us. I find it a disgrace you labelled another Muslim as a dog.

| salams, wheres the dog? i only see 2 humans, one abusing the other. this sort of things go on every-where(in masjids, unfortunately) . dont know about now in the uk (but in the 80's) this was quite a norm in the house of ALLAH. kids being punished with belts, bamboo sticks, wires, etc, was part of the stupid and pathetic way to discipline a young one if he never learnt and memorised the QURAN. some freinds i went to mosque with give this abuse they recieved from their horrible moulana's as an excuse for them being rebelious (ALLAH HU ALIM) would these arrogant and abusive moulana's abuse their own flesh and blood this way - i dont think so. respect is gained thru love not punishments - how does one gain a young ones affection and attention? every child is individual with this individuallity come responsibilties if the ustaads cant handle this they should not become maulana's. the best of students are nurtured in an environment that is loving, the individual needs are understood, explained to them in a way that child understands not that which is frowned up on fear and punishment. fear = becoming rebell in the future. and with this rebellious future come the drug dealers of today!!!
