Salam

This is just an observation. Im not saying Im glad the Micheal Jackson story came up so that the Iran story can get off the main headline. Astaghfirullah.

The reality is the protests are no longer dominating and in these situations momentum is everything.

Ok maybe even before Michael Jackson passed away (may Allah SWT grant him Jannat) the Iran protests were dwindling because of the State crackdown but this new story has dominated since.

Like uncle Ben said “with great powers come great responsibilities”.

I guess in his case with new names comes a new personality.

Over and Out!

P.S The Iranian situation may have been lifted from the news however the stench of innocent death still hasn’t been lifted from the air of Iran.

And with great power comes greater responsibilty; the type which tempers the power to the point where it becomes more of a burden than a blessing. If responsibility isn't harnessed, then at best, you become, ego centric and self centred and at worst a tyrant. Neither of which is an attractive trait and that's putting it euphemistically.

Alhamdulillah, who sent you? You seem to be showing signs of envious hater-ade. Show me more.

Assalam u Alaikum,

Brother KTL, you are misunderstanding Miftah-ul-Jannah. He, just out of curiosity, wants to know that why you keep changing your nick? I don't think he meant any offence, he just asked you.

Take a chill pill!

Wa-Salam,

Rashid

lol.....I see my thread has been given a poor rating.

I didnt want to expand on my original point because it would have seemed disrespectful to Micheal Jackson's death.

I could have gone on to say that it must be frustrating for those in the west (including black operations etc) who were promoting and encouraging the protests. They must have seen this as a possible weakening of the Iranian regime and a setback for the revolution.

I was concerned too about how the Iranians were gonna contain the situation. There was a real possibility that the trouble could have got worse. I believe that Pres. Ahmadinejad won the election but Im not sure about the size of the victory. A little suspect.

Some damage has been done. Taboos have been broken. Such as opposition to the regime openly and in mass and also opposition to the Supreme Leader. A precedence has been set.

Anyway the Jackson story came along and Iran is slowly forgotten. Even the Guardian Council have wrapped up their election investigation and have said there was nothing wrong.

I guess the west will have to wait for another opportunity to use their propaganda machinery such as the BBC Persian Service etc.

They say God Almighty works in mysterious ways. Maybe this was one occasion. It was Micheal Jacksons time (May Allah SWT grant him Jannah).

If I have said anything wrong or inappropriate may Allah SWT forgive me.

Get off your high horse KTL there is nothing to be envious about. You need to crush that arrogance of yours. I was just asking as it is difficult to keep track of what users are saying in threads. Dont go looking for a argument, just because your english may be above the average persons capabilites it does not make everybody envious of you as there is nothing envy in the frst place.

I dont seek a response just ponder on what i have said and you will realise how childish you are acting.
